Get away with your family to the most accessible condo in St George. Is swimming your jam? How about our year-round Heated pool and Jacuzzi. Is relaxing in the Southern Utah sun your jam? Snow Canyon State Park is a 20 minute drive. Or do you want to play family games or watch a movie? Games are provided along with ChromeCast on all 5 of our TVs.

Do you have someone with a disability in your family? Bring them along. We have the most accessible property with an ADA bathroom, an accessible kitchen and access to the deck. You're going to love what this can do for you and your family.

The Hideout

Beautiful, spacious and well taken care of. We were so grateful to find a place fully ADA certified. Haven't been able to take long trips with Dad for ages! So much to do in the area, we didn't get to it all. Will definitely be going again.

Perfect ADA accommodations

This has been our favorite place to stay that accommodates my husband in a wheelchair and a walker. The bathroom was accessible, the bed was a good height, the kitchen had a lowered counter prep area and he could roll up to the stove and sink as well. My husband was even able to go out onto the balcony with us. The hosts went above and beyond in anticipation of our needs, and were excellent at communicating with us. We had our adult children and a 1-year-old grandchild with us. There were toys and books for her. We played pickle ball and did a lot of swimming on the property. My husband did not go down to get in the water, but I saw lifts for the pool and hot tub, so he could have! We are excited to plan a return trip. Our kids raved about their stay!

Great Launchpad!

This property is perfectly located and great for families. There was plenty of space for everyone to stretch out, and great space for everyone to gather. The kitchen had just what we needed. Beds were very comfortable! Pool and hot tub are great. The hosts were great with communication when we had an immediate need. Thanks!

Home away from home

Absolutely lovely place! Our host was extremely nice and friendly and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. This home has it all and is convenient to everything!

Beds were cozy, lots of room for a condo, we were comfortable.

Our family has been traveling to Southern Utah for years for the blue skies, perfect weather, amazing recreational opportunities. Our challenge is that I get around in a manual wheelchair. There are so few rental properties that accommodate any special needs. So we built one!

The amazing thing about Estancia is that it is close to stores and a few miles from the freeway. But right on the edge of town. The resort has all the amenities you need for a fun time for all ages and abilities.

Two of our four bathrooms are wheelchair accessible with roll-in showers. And most unique of all is that the kitchen is also accessible to people that use a wheelchair or a walker!
