OCEAN VIEW - Fun N the Sun features a cozy 1-bedroom condo with a queen-size-bed and looks over the beautiful white sand and blue waters of the ocean, plus the most amazing sunsets you`ll ever see. After a day in the sun enjoying the pristine, private beach, take a refreshing dip in one of the three Gulf-front pools (including a seasonally-heated pool), then play a game of tennis, racquetball or shuffleboard.

Even better, complimentary beach chair service is included with your stay, March - October!

Fun N the Sun condo is well equipped and perfectly situated right on the beach. Beautiful views from the deck and walk right onto the beach. Perfect accommodations for our family. We will be back.

Short PCB trip

Very cute place to stay on PCB. I would go back to this rental, but maybe not during bike week (we could hear the motorcycles even on the beach!). I liked that it was a gated community and right on the beach. I was glad to have access to the umbrella/beach chair service, but it would be nice to have a heads up about the hours (they pack up at 4pm).

10 out of 10 would recommend!

Small, yet very comfortable for the three of us. It offered everything we needed and a little bit more. We communicated an issue with property management and they responded quickly resolving the problem to best of their ability. We had a great stay and would love to stay again!

Family Trip

The unit was nice and was located conveniently to everything. The beach chair service provided great customer service and there was always ample parking. There wasn’t quite enough towels for 3 people for a week. Fire alarm continued to sound throughout the night on one occasion . Full time residents will approach you rudely if your arm band is not visible on your wrist and threaten to “report” you and have you “ kicked out” Over all a nice trip and would stay again.

Bike Rally 2024/Birthdays

Communication was great, very quick to respond. The unit was exactly as pictured. It was a little smaller (bathroom and bedroom) that I thought but worked for me and my husband. The oceanview from the balcony is absolutely beautiful. The balcony furniture was comfortable. I dont want to say anything negative about this unit, but the sofa in the livingroom looks lovely but not practical. It was extremely uncomfortable, it would be the only thing I would change to the unit. But, I do highly recommend this unit, and would definely like to visit again.

Great location / great unit with just a couple minor issues

Very clean property which is a requirement for me. The master bedroom is a very worn down queen. My husband and I slept horribly the first night. We kept rolling toward the middle of the bed. After that, I slept in one of the bunk beds. That bed was more comfortable. Only issue there is that there is no airflow in the bottom bunk so it was warmish. Also, downside to being right next door to Pineapple Willy’s which is a public beach area is that even though our beach was supposed to be private, people from PW would come and steal chairs and umbrellas or sit directly in front of you. With that being said, I love that there was a gate on the beach access from condo. The pool appeared very clean. I saw people out there cleaning the area 2 of our 4 days. My husband owns a pool business, and so normally we are grossed out by public pools. IF we were going to swim in one, it would have been this one. I saw people wiping elevator walls down. Security guard at gate which I appreciate. Chair fellas worked very hard. Overall great. Unit just needs a new master bedroom and a fan or something for that bottom bunk. Had everything we needed. Great unit.

Perfect get away.. location, location, location!!

Great water front condo in the perfect location for accessing restaurants, activities and local attractions. Our condo was adorable and had everything we wanted or needed. Definitely recommend!
