This is your chance to rent an entire property that was once a charming bed and breakfast. The house is 125 years old with just the right touch of today’s modern comforts. Scenic water and mountain views from each room. Walking distance to Winnisquam Marine for your rental needs. Spread out in the spacious property and enjoy the best of lakeview living.
The space
If you are looking for a spacious rental, then this is your dream. Sunroom off of the laundry room, living room and 3rd floor with pool table, air hockey and foosball. Multiple separate entertaining spaces to keep your guests under one roof with plenty of room to roam and spread out. The outdoor space lends itself to a back deck, a screened gazebo, beautiful gardens, and huge driveway with ample off-street parking.

Entire property except the basement with separate entrance .
Other things to note
3 rd floor has an emergency ladder, be sure guests can independently operate the ladder in case of emergency. There are very steep staircases. Part of the charm and quirks of a renovated old farmhouse.
