Great location, loved the downstairs bathroom, not having to climb the stairs all the time with kids. Plenty of room for the grandkids to play inside and out. Overall a wonderful place to stay.

Very nice house. We were never able to use the key pad access, but other than that, it was great.

Short but Excellent Stay

Our family was only here for a short weekend, but the check in process was smooth, the house was absolutely beautiful and we were just a short walk from the beach. Would recommend this property for a large family such as ours!

Rental is just as advertised. Great location for access to the beach. The under deck space is accommodating with plenty of seating for entertainment. Would no issues with renting this house again for future visits.

Thanksgiving at the Beach with our Family

It was the perfect setup of bedrooms and beds for our family of 12. Each family had their own room. We were in a great location you could see the kiddos on the beach from the porch. Plenty of parking and a fenced yard with a gate. The icing on the cake was the cargo lift. What a huge difference it made to get our luggage and groceries upstairs! Our entire family was extremely pleased with this rental.

Recently spent a wonderful weekend at Sconset South. The house was a great fit for our group and had pretty much everything we needed. It was very comfortable, with a nice layout and was beautifully decorated - nice beachy feel. The kitchen was well stocked, and the large island was a great space for all of our food prep. We appreciated the downstairs amenities but due to other family obligations, we could not enjoy them as we would have liked. The cargo lift was a lift saver and much appreciated. We liked the close distance to the beach and the good view. Our only negative was the keypad did not work while we were there, but we made out just fine. Before we left, we were already making plans to rent the house again next year. LOVED OUR STAY!!!

Amenties listed were either not present, broken or really gross. The ones broken, besides the wifi and ice machine, were fixed and ice was brought to us. WiFi was looked at by maintenance, but he was unable to resolve it

Thank you for staying with us, Morgan. We’re sorry that some of the listed amenities were missing or not working properly during your visit. I’m glad maintenance was able to repair a few things and bring ice, and I understand how frustrating it is that the wifi couldn’t be restored while you were still there. Our service provider has since completed the repair, and we’ve passed your comments along to both our maintenance and cleaning teams for review. If you can share any additional details through your Vrbo messages, it’ll help us make sure everything is addressed going forward. We hope to host you again and provide a smoother experience.
