Beautiful Property. Lots of room. My only qualm that they say pet friendly but do not allow pets on couches or beds, and want to charge 500 if it happens. This was not mentioned when we first booked. But the house is beautiful and a city block from the beach.

Review on house

The beach house rental really accommodated our needs well. Location was great, nice home. I do suggest some maintenance. One of the tvs was broken. A bathroom mirror fell from wall, luckily it did not break. Door knob came off of door as it was loose. Remote control missing from bedroom. This did not affect us. We still enjoyed the beach house!

This house was amazing! Very clean, organized and perfect location and views were amazing.. The title says fenced in yard and its not fenced in.. it does have a gate at top of stairs to fence in deck -which was awesome with kids and dog. Perfect multiple familys.

Perfect weekend getaway!

We have stayed at this house several times and have enjoyed it each and every time! It's walking distance to the beach, the house is beautiful and the area is clean! We will continue to book when we come to Crystal Beach!

The process to rent the house was easy and fast. The house was very clean and big enough for the entire family. Didn't care too much for the check in and check out time.

The beachhouse is in a wonderful location. We got in the house and was getting settled in and we noticed dust bunnies in the corners of the house and we had ro rewash some of the dishes before we could use them. Nice by the beach!

Our family spent hours trying to find the right place for our Christmas vacation and this fit us perfectly. The property is pretty new with many amenities. It provides options for sleeping and enough room to accommodate 3 families. Plenty of parking and a great outdoor area. It is close enough to walk to the beach and has an outdoor shower and foot washer. We will definitely look at this again next time we are in the area.

Annual Family Vacation

We had a ball! There was plenty of room and everyone was able to find their own quiet spot. Access to the beach was right down the street. The kids couldn't wait to walk down there each day. The sound of the water at night was so relaxing and the breeze off the water was perfect in thehot sun. We will definitely keep this house on our list. The owners were very accommodating and responded to all of my texts within 5 minutes. Thank you for making our vacation a memorable one.

This home was absolutely beautiful! Just a quick walk to the beach, and conveniently located.

Our entire family stayed in this home together, for our annual vacation. More than enough room for everyone to sleep. Beautifully decorated and very clean. Booking process was seamless, and the Property Team was very attentive. Just a couple of simple items that may need to be addressed; living room ceiling fan had trouble turning on, and the coffee pot seemed to be on it's last leg. Other than that, this place was absolutely amazing, and will definitely book our family vacation there again!

For Myself - BUT too good not to share!

This property was amazing! I was hesitant to write such a glowing review because I want to keep this gem to myself! The home is so spacious and clean! It was decorated so beautifully also. The proximity to the beach was awesome - perfect for quick walks on the beach and an evening beach party! We had such a great time with our adult sons and their friends - everyone had their own space and bathrooms. We were able to all come together in the kitchen & family room to gather. And at the end of the day we all relaxed in our own spaces on the decks. We will definitely be staying here a few times per year again! Thank you for the memories!

Great location

Overall this was a great stay! The house is super close to the beach and has everything you need for a big family. There was plenty of room for everyone. The property management was very quick to respond to any issues or questions. Checking is was a breeze. All that being said I do have a few negatives, the lift for luggage etc. was not accessible and looks as though maybe it is broken. While there is a sign that says no smoking the house really smells like cigarettes and was unpleasant. There are also no extra blankets and what is on the beds is very thin. Again overall it was good but there is potential to take this home from a 7 to a 10+ very easily.

Property was very clean & close to the beach. Home was beautiful and had most of the amenities we needed. My only complaints are that it smelled like smoke when you first walked in and we were not able to access the downstairs closet area with the beach toys. The top floor also got very warm at night and we had issues working the fan upstairs and the fan downstairs. Other than that, we were extremely pleased and will likely book this house again. Great experience and one of the best trips we've had at Crystal Beach. Beautiful home.

Amazing Getaway

Our stay was amazing, the property and those around it are very well kept! Did I mention the showers are phenomenal. Was nicely stocked with essentials which was very nice, even though I'm in the habit of packing our own! The layout allows for separate areas for the most part! Management was very responsive prior to and throughout our stay! There is very little to complain about, we felt that the cleaning fee was a bit high considering you are responsible for completely cleaning out the grill, starting laundry, removing the linens from beds, as well as dishes before checking out. It is nice to have so many things provided, however we felt it should be itemized to reflect that you are paying for the use of these items rather than a cleaning fee. We will without a doubt choose this property again if available on our next visit!
