This luxury Cancun apartment is nestled overlooking Nichupté lagoon's turquoise water. Peaceful moments will be curated with ease amidst the apartment's high ceilings, warm wood finishes, and modern appliances. Kick back and enjoy the natural flow of sunlight from the plush seating in the living room. Whenever you're hungry, the well-equipped kitchen displays stainless steel appliances and ample meal prep space. Dining is made just as easy at the expansive dining table.

Simplistic elegance fills each of the bedrooms. The bathrooms are just as impressive with their walk-in showers and circle sinks. With amenities like partial air-conditioning, a space heater, and internet access - all of your daily routines will be practiced with ease.

Outside, enjoy the tropical weather from the invigorating water of the plunge pool. Less than five miles from your stay, enjoy visiting Columbus Romantic Dinner Cancun, Captain Hook Cancun, Mandala Beach Club, Delphinus Punta Cancún, and Interactive Aquarium Cancún.

I had an amazing stay in Cancún! The apartment was beautiful, spotless, and exactly as described. The location was perfect. Close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. Ary was an exceptional host, always attentive and available to help with anything I needed. I truly felt at home and had a wonderful experience overall. I’m already planning to come back soon! Highly recommended!

Working with third-party - Not the best!

Real accessibility issues - never informed the major 3-4 flights of cement stairs, hard to locate and get up and down. Need to be forthcoming about getting to the unit. A/C for rooms was not functioning. Cleanliness was alright, we made them aware of ants, towels, etc. Working with the third-party agency was frustrating. Who was coming to fix the issues - no one did. We cut our stay to two nights.

Not accessible- Climbing 3 full flights of cemented stairs

We informed Vacasa that due to the accessibility problem we had to move. They could not accommodate date us. We tried to work with them and I’m a loyal Vrbo customer. We found another place down the street which was accessible. They have not been forthright in issuing or processing a refund. I emailed over 5 persons and did not get a straight answer.

Good Location

It was tucked away from everything The location was great. I was very impressed with the locations room sizes and the bathrooms that were included. What we didn't see in the picture was a rooftop access which was a really great surprise. It wasn't too far from the main strip that everybody liked to go to. You we'll probably need a car to get around a lot quicker but the bus is ideal method of transportation for everyone. Being that it wasn't all inclusive you always have to make provisions for food which can be pricey because you're not staying at all inclusive. Besides that the view is beautiful any security measures set in place were good. I would say this is the perfect location for three couples all three individuals who wanna make sure they have their own provisions for themselves.

Do not stay here

The pictures are deceiving. We arrived at this property after our flight. While initially the manager seemed helpful, it was not a great experience. First, the listing states no parking but there is a parking space, so that was confusing but a happy misunderstanding. Secondly We had a ha4d time finding the listing as google maps does not give great directions, so I reached out to the manager and she sent my directions to the airport, then to a different listing. When we finally were able to locate the property, it was basically in a back alley with no beach access. On top of everything, the doors aren't clearly marked so after climbing a seedy stairwell, we just guessed which room was ours. The pool was not what you think based on the pics. They just have an amazing photographer who made this tiny run down pool in the center of run down living spaces seem like a good idea. It was not. There was noy even space to sit, beside the pool except the one table in the Pic and that is a tiny space you can barely safely walk around. Overall, DO NOT BOOK THIS SPACE!
