Hola! My husband and I are empty nesters, have lived all over the world, and would love to introduce you to the beautiful beaches and laid back culture of Los Cabos. Cabo San Lucas is considered the safest area of Mexico, has many conveniences of home, and the people are very friendly.

This is our first rental property, but our combined 40 years of experience in sales and customer service has given us a passion for delivering excellence.

We're available at all times for questions, help with excursions, or for resolution of any problems that may come up.

We love El Tezal because it's in the hills, which lends to absolutely stunning views of the Sea of Cortez. It is quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Cabo, but still near enough to enjoy all that Cabo and San Jose have to offer. Solaria (our development) is 3 minutes to a beautiful grocery store, 3 minutes to a pharmacy, 5 minutes from Costco, 3-5 minutes to local food options. There's great hiking right outside of our development!

The amenities are fabulous! Two beautiful pools, hot tub, fully equipped gym, massage rooms, steam rooms, and fire pits. And if you like pickleball, there's a great court on site as well!

As far as the sea view condo goes, we've decorated it stylishly, with luxurious linens, towels, and a fully equipped kitchen. There are beach chairs and towels that you can use to visit many of the stunning beaches nearby.
