Wonderful casa for the family

Our stay at El Medano Ejidal was wonderful! It is minutes from the beach and very close to shopping and restaurants. It has parking and felt very safe and secluded for being right in the middle of town. The house had everything we needed to be comfortable and enjoy our stay.

great place

We stayed for 2 weeks. The location was great, close to the beach, marina and shopping. We were able to walk to everything. The casita had everything we needed to cook some meals and was close to many restaurants when we didn't want to cook. Pool could have been cleaned more often or had the equipment there for us to clean it. I would definitely recommend this place!

Great Place close to, but away from hustle bustle

This is a great house close to everything but quiet and private. We loved the layout of the place, and although didn't use the kitchen, it had everything. We walked to a bunch of great restaurants in the neighborhood, including Indian (100 yards away), Vegetarian, Italian and of course Mexican. The beach is close too, which made a daily massage easy. The owner was great to work with - our last night there the power went out on the block. She immediately brought candles, and the power company had things repaired over night. We would definitely stay here again!

Good for the price

Not exactly 2 minutes from the beach, but still pretty close - about 5-8 min in one direction to a public beach, 8-10 in the other direction to all the beach restaurants. Walking distance to the marina, mall and many restaurants. Friendly neighbors.

Holiday in Cabo

Nice home in a secure location with 4 other homes. Close to the beach. I dropped all of the toys off in my truck ( we drove from CA) and made the short walk back to the public beach. Nice pool but still a bit cool. The doors stuck a bit and could use some love. Thanks.

El Medano

We enjoyed our stay in this little community in the midst of central Cabo San Lucas. The location was very good - near shops, beaches, lots of restaurants and the Marina. The house is comfortable and well equipped and Francine was available to assist in whatever was needed. I rated it 4 stars rather than 5 because we found it to be noisy at times - both from the street and from the neighbours. The walls are thin and sound carries! Also, the hot water was hit and miss and showers were an adventure. All in all, El Medano is a good place to stay.

Private but close to all

This little home is very close to all the action, but feels private. It is well supplied and comfortable. The owner is still trying to figure out the water heater, it was just added and it was spotty. The owner was available for all questions. What we liked most was feeling like we had our own place amid all the hustle and bustle.

Great location, beautiful outdoor area!

Walking distance to everything you need, beach, restaurants, bakery, downtown, and marina. We loved sitting outside by the pool, and the mixture of sun and shade worked perfectly for our group. The house is nicely kept for an older home, newer appliances, and comfortable beds. Neighbors are friendly.

So many people want to experience and enjoy Cabo San Lucas, but want to stay in a more authentic place than the many huge resorts in Cabo. Casa El Medano offers the best of both the middle of all the fun, but a 2 bedroom house with a yard, off from the party path!
