Absolute ideal location and easy access to beach from this condo. you probably can't beat this at Rosemary. Right next to beach restaurant, and short drive/ moderate walk to all rosemary shops/ restaurants. Great A/c to escape the heat, wrap around balcony with great ocean view.If I wanted to be a stickler. Older appliances that took forever to heat up, ice maker made 1 cube per day. That's about it.

Awe-inspiring view of gulf!

Our family of 6 adults had a wonderful time in this condo. Right on the beach. Plenty of seating for all of us in the living area. View of gulf is so overwhelming out of windows in kitchen and two sides of living room that you don’t feel guilty sitting inside and reading—you feel like you’re on the beach!!

Perfect beach week for our family of 6 — we'll be back!We just wrapped up an incredible stay and can't say enough good things. The house was a great fit for our family of six, the location was exactly what we wanted for a beach vacation, and we're already talking about booking again. What really stood out was the communication. The host was responsive and easy to reach the entire time. When the ice maker stopped working, they arranged to bring us ice — it took a couple of days to get sorted, but they stayed in touch and made sure we were taken care of.Two small notes for the owners: the ice maker could use a look, and the cabinets and some of the other finishes are scraped up and due for an update. Neither affected our stay much, but a refresh would take an already great property up another notch.Overall, five stars. Great condo and great location. Highly recommend, and we'd book here again in a heartbeat.

We truly value suggestions like these and will share them with the owners as we continue working to improve the guest experience. We loved our stay at HP26E. Check in and communication was great. The condo was fabulous! Great views, beds were comfy and it had a lot of room for 5 adults, even though one had to sleep on a twin. We could easily walk to Rosemary shops which was a bonus and bikes were available.

My girlfriends and I had such a great trip this year! This was our 8th year of staying at High Pointe, and this was one of our favorite condos! We were right next door to Crabby Steve's so we could easily see the best time to go over there for lunch, dinner, or simply refreshments! We so enjoyed sitting on our balcony and watching the dolphins in the morning, while drinking our coffee! We enjoyed the pool, and I enjoyed walking on the beach, too! We will definitely be back, and will try to book this condo again!
