The Space:

High Pointe 3231 Your next visit to Seacrest will be memorable in this spacious, High Point condo. Enjoy gorgeous partial views of both the Gulf and the bay from your private balconies, or venture down to the shared amenities which include a lovely pool for a splash or two as well as a hot tub. Pickleball courts and tennis courts are both on-site - a coveted and rare amenity in the area!



When you’re ready to explore, use the private boardwalk and head to the beach for some fun in the sand. You’ll be near plenty of attractions and eateries and a 16.3-mile drive to Panama City Beach for additional activities.



When you’re not out and about, your vacation rental offers the perfect combination of comfort and ease. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen space have plenty of natural light, creating an inviting atmosphere. In the living area, there are comfortable furnishings, along with a TV to watch your favorite movies and shows. The well-equipped kitchen area is perfect for entertaining and has sparkling stainless steel appliances and bar seating. Just as described. Clean and comfortable. Just needs new bedding …. The sheets don’t cut it.

Wonderful property - walking to all the “stuff “ in todemary and Seacrest. Even walked to the gym (tennis club) a few mornings. The restaurant is a huge bonus!!

Perfect in Every Way!`

This property is spacious, clean, comfy and about as perfect as you can get. We had the very best stay. Walked to restaurants, the beach and never had to get in our car. Absolutely beautiful sand beach, amazing water, and kind people! The beds, furniture, all of it was jsut what we needed!

A great place to build family memories

We stayed at High Point building 3 unit 231. Our family is consist of 2 seniors;3 children 10,11, and 14; and us-parents. There are eight people in total. We had a great time with all the great amenities for family included. The best part of this gated community is private beach access and a restaurant by the beach 2 beach chairs and umbrella is included, as well as,recreational tools such as 2 bikes free and kayaks to rent by the beach also available. Definitely will come back and recommend the place and the excellent service!

Security

Nice place, great location. Get as MANY wrist bands as you can. My daughter was going to have a friend come for dinner but the security guard would not let her on the property because she did not have a wrist band. The security guards were just doing their job, but it was really ridiculous.

Thanksgiving week

We LOVE the convenience of High Pointe, its a close walk to anything and so easy toting around children. My only complaint of this condo was there was not extra blankets stocked there. We did call and ask for some and they sent 2 over, but the comforters on all the beds are basically glorified sheets and not very warm and cozy. Other than that, the place is wonderful, clean, and nice.

Summer

We drove in from Texas so it was nice to walk into our “home” for a few days. We enjoyed the location and amenities. However, the unit is starting to show its age. Door hardware is falling off and it appears multiple fixes were done due to the many holes in the door. Also, the 1980s style blinds had issues too. But those are minor fixes. We hope to book the same unit for next summer but stay for maybe 2 weeks

Wonderful Condo Conveniently Located

Overall, we had a terrific experience in this condo. My husband and I traveled with our three daughters ages 5, 3 and 5 months. The condo overlooks the pool which was convenient with young kids. Additionally, we loved that we could walk to restaurants, shops, etc. Finally, the beach access is terrific with both stairs and a ramp. The daily beach chair and umbrella setup was a big perk. I also can't say enough good things about Crabby Steves. It's a fun, casual restaurant that has great food and convenient for a cocktail. The condo had very comfortable beds, plenty of closet space (and hangers) and the blinds were nearly blackout. My biggest complaint was the lack of a personal touch given the large management company (Vacasa). For example, we noticed the condo did not have any renters the day before we arrived. I contacted Vacasa multiple times about an early check-in and was told it was not feasible unless I was willing to pay for the night before. I was told if our condo was ready early (before 4:00pm), we'd receive a text. At 2:00pm, we had not yet received a text but decided to go ahead and try and check in. Sure enough, the condo was fully ready and we were able to check-in. I don't feel we would have had this same experience with a smaller management company or home owner. Additionally, given the price, I would have expected enough hand soap and other amenities to get last a standard family more than 2-3 days. Overall, great condo and would stay again

Girls trip

Place was very nice, comfortable and clean. Great location! Close to beach and short walk to Rosemary Beach downtown area. It would have been appreciated if the basic condiments were provided such as coffee, sweetners and salt and pepper. An arrival kit to get through the first night until guest could get to the grocery store.

We loved our stay in this beautiful condo in Rosemary.

We loved our girls trip to this beautiful spot. The condo was very large and we loved having 2 bikes and 2 chairs. The blinds need to be fixed and it would have been nice to know there was no beach/pool towels. Other than that everything was perfect.

Great place

Very open and spacious for multiple adults. Beautiful view of the pool day and night. Nice tile floors and rugs where needed. Need to pack a few things of your own if you want to cook. Had to do a little cleaning upon arrival. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
