We loved the view and the convenience of the beachside restaurant—both were highlights of our stay. The rental itself could really use some updating and a more thorough cleaning. With a few improvements, this spot could be a gem.

Family Friendly Condo and Location

Our family went for spring break and you really can't beat the location of this rental. In the center of everything from beach fun to steps from restaurants, shopping, and live music. The rental was equipped with everything you would need for your stay and comfortably fit our family within the space. The owner was helpful and quick to respond to questions or concerns. We enjoyed the area and hope to visit 30A again!

Perfect Holiday Stay!

The perfect rental for our family of 5! The unit was well furnished, comfortable beds, spacious for the kids, and an unbeatable location. Our family loved the pool, the private beach access and beach chairs, and enjoyed our meals at Crabby Steve’s! Easy walk to Rosemary Beach fo shopping and restaurants! We hope to be back and would 100% recommend!!!

Great Beach Stay

Beautifully decorated and well equipped unit with great view of the ocean. Owner/host was very responsive to quickly resolve any issues. First time we have stayed at High Point and based on this rental, I would highly recommend.

Well-stocked condo in amazing location

This a great condo on the high point property. We have never stayed in the back building before but love the views of the gulf and the pool! Will stay again!! Very clean and well furnished!

Great location, resort

We had a great vacation, from the point of booking through checkout. The property manager communicated well and made sure we were set up for a nice stay. The unit was clean and in a perfect location. We'd return here in the future

Anniversary weekend

My husband and i celebrated our 8 year anniversary here. We fell in love with this condo and rosemary beach! We plan to bring our 2 children back hopefully sometime next year! The pool and beach is fabulous. Everything is within walking distance. the condo has security and always feels safe! Beth communicated with me personally and was nothing but short of amazing! We WILL be back!

Family trip

We had the best time on our spring break. The condo was well appointed, very clean, and in the best location. Plenty of activities and dining within walking and biking distance. The beach service was a big perk. Beth was a wonderful. She checked in on us during the week. Can’t wait to come back.

Lovely condo - excellent location

When looking for a beach vacation rental, my priority is access to seeing the ocean, a quick walk to the beach, a pool option, and walk ability to shops & restaurants. This rental checks all those boxes- and more! There’s an outdoor pavilion with food, drinks & live music across the street every night- such an awesome extra. The condo itself has everything we needed and owner was extremely responsive and helpful.

Great property close to the beach with easy access to the pool, shops & restaurants

Very easy, Beth was super engaged throughout the entire booking and renting process. She was very upfront and accommodating about a few small issues with the unit.

High Pointe

We had an awesome time in High Pointe! Nothing better than being right on the ocean. Amenities were great and Beth was very helpful in answering all of our questions. Would totally recommend!!

Mardi Gras stay

We escaped Mardi Gras to head to the beach. Glad we did!! We had a chilly but sunny weather so got the in some beach time. We ate, drank, and relaxed!! We will be back!!

Awesome Fall Break

We had a fabulous time and everything was beyond better than we could have expected. Our host responded quickly to our questions and we will definitely stay here again. The beach was so nice, didn’t try out the pool because we came for the beach. Condo was more than well stocked with just about anything you could possibly need.

Great condo unit at High Pointe

As in the past, we had a wonderful stay at the Glosson condo unit. It has everything we could possibly want, i.e. neat and clean, spacious, comfortable bed, beautifully decorated, well stocked, AND the view of the infinity pool when you look out the sliding glass doors/balcony is breath-taking! Wonderful unit, wonderful location!

Wonderful

Loved our stay here! Clean! Beautiful view of pool and ocean. New appliances, sofa and beds (very comfortable). Nice decor - not cluttered. Basic supplies available for use or to borrow - like stepping into our own vacation home. Great location for shopping, restaurants and to walk or bike to Rosemary Beach. Definitely plan to stay here again. Host very responsive.

WOnderful Stay

WE had such a wonderful time for our stay and wished we could have stayed longer!!!! Overlooking the pool and beach was a perfect way to start the day over a cup of coffee! Everything was just as described and the owners provided great communication. I would definitely recommend and hope to be able to stay again. The location was great never really had to get in my car. Perfect location on 30A & steps to the beach!

We just returned from our first stay in this particular VRBO. The owner Beth is incredibly helpful & informative. The condo is clean & equipped with everything we needed (paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, towels, hair dryer, etc.)! The balcony overlooks the pool with an ocean view in distance. The beach is directly behind pool with chair service at base of stairs. It was so nice having a complimentary umbrella/chairs daily. The on-site restaurant Crabby Steve's is great for grabbing food/beverages for the beach. I would highly recommend this condo & we hope to return!

Nice beaches!

A family of 5 (2 adults and 3 teenagers) spent spring break in this condo. The property was very nice and the condo exceeded expectations. We wanted ocean front, but the view from the patio overlooking the pool with the ocean behind it was really nice, no regrets! The kitchen was well equipped and included dish soap, laundry detergent, salt / pepper, coffee filters, etc. We would have liked a master bath privacy door because we were sharing with our son, but we all adjusted fine. There are so many things to do in this area, you can't go wrong. Would we book this condo again?...absolutely.

Great location; comfortable home.

We just got back from spending 5 nights in this condo at Rosemary Beach. Two bedroom, two baths. The second bedroom had two sets of bunkbeds- which were perfect for my family and kids. Third floor - with view of the gulf and pool. Overall we were pleased with the accommodations and the attentiveness of the owner. The location was perfect. Pretty much everything was in walking distance. Rosemary Beach is a beautiful Florida town. There is a Publix supermarket about 7 min away. This is not a high end/ fancy condo. It was perfect for our purposes.

Great stay on 30A.

My family and I had a wonderful Spring Break trip. High Pointe is in a great convenient location in Sea Crest Beach. This unit is not as updated as some of the others, but I think the rate reflects that. My view is you are not going to the beach to spend time inside, so that is not as important as long as the unit is clean (which it was). My wife was surprised to find that the unit did not come with a hair dryer, but luckily she was able to borrow one from a friend that was also staying in High Pointe. Also, plan on purchasing some toilet paper and paper towels. There was one roll of toilet paper left when we arrived which didn't last for a family of four. Overall, great stay and the weather was amazing. I would stay in this unit again.

Great Stay on 30A

The description for this condo was spot on! It is perfectly situated to give a view of the large pool and the gulf behind it. This mother/son trip did not disappoint! When we walked in, the condo smelled clean and it was obvious that housekeeping had done their job. High Point is the perfect location! We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The only time we moved the car was the first day to drive to the Publix for groceries, about 5-10 minutes away. My son was sick for the first 3 days of our trip, but I felt very safe going out alone to get carry-out for us, as well as exploring the quaint town of Rosemary Beach. The resort is secured with gates and guards, also giving extra security. Some of the security guards were kind of grumpy but we did not let that bother us! Wrist bands are supplied and needed for entry and exit of the gate, and the guards did check when at the pool. Beth is a wonderful host and has gone above and beyond to make guests have everything they will need during their stay. Unlike other rental properties, she supplies all of the essentials, even down to cooking spices. There were extras of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap. Having the beach service included was a plus. The weather did not cooperate with our stay and we only got to use the beach for a couple of hours, one day, unfortunately. We enjoyed going to Crabby Steve's a couple of times. The whole complex is under renovation, but did not impact our stay greatly.
