Welcome to our luxurious Pocono Mountain getaway in East Stroudsburg, a perfect blend of comfort and adventure. Nestled just 10 minutes away from Shawnee Mountain Ski Resort and surrounded by scenic trails, our Airbnb is an ideal spot for both relaxation and exploration.

This fully renovated home boasts three elegantly designed bedrooms plus a special kid's bedroom downstairs, ensuring a comfortable stay for families and groups. The house features two cozy living rooms and a game room, providing ample space for entertainment and relaxation. With 3.5 well-appointed bathrooms, your convenience and privacy are guaranteed.

Step outside to enjoy our brand-new firepit area, perfect for evening gatherings under the stars. Unwind in our state-of-the-art hot tub, a highlight for those seeking a blend of luxury and tranquility.

Guest Access:
⚫You’ll receive our automated check-in instructions 📩 24 hours before your arrival, so everything you need will be ready ahead of time for a smooth and easy check-in!
⚫Our homes use electronic door locks 🔐 for your convenience. A door code will be sent to you automatically ⏰ 2 hours before check-in time (which is at 2:00 PM), unless you’re checking in earlier.
⚫When it’s time to head out, we’ve got you covered too! 🧼🕒 Our checkout instructions will be sent a day before your departure, you'll receive them at 2:00 PM the day before your checkout.

Other Things to Note:
‼️Important House Rules:‼️

⚠️ Quiet hours are 11:00 pm - 6 am. If a complaint is filed from the HOA/Neighbor it will result in a $500 fine
⚠️ There are no fireworks allowed to be set-off at our home and if there are it will result in a $500 fine and call for an immediate eviction from the property.
⚠️ No parties. We have strict rules against house parties in our home
⚠️ No extra guests without prior approval
⚠️ No Smoking within 25 feet of the property. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the unit.
⚠️ Surfaces may be slippery when icy/wet. Walk, run, drive, and park at your own risk in any area on the property. Salt/Shovels are provided at the home for use throughout your stay. (Winter Season)
⚠️ Firewood is not provided year-round and will need to be purchased for your stay. Please visit the local Dollar General, Lowes, Walmart, or Tractor Supply to purchase a bundle for a cheap amount.
⚠️ We do our best to ensure there is propane available for grills and/or fire pits, but cannot guarantee there will be propane for use throughout your stay. If all available tanks are empty, we ask that you refill a tank and provide a receipt for reimbursement. Note: be sure to refill/replace the existing tanks - do not purchase a brand new tank.
⚠️ Given our property's rural setting, you might occasionally notice small, non-harmful insects. Rest assured, we have comprehensive, year-round pest control measures in place and work hard to minimize these encounters. Thank you for your understanding, and please let us know if you have any concerns!

♨️ Hot Tub Notice – Please Read 😊

📌We strive to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Occasionally, if a previous guest hasn’t followed proper usage guidelines, we may need to drain, clean, and refill the hot tub before your stay for health and safety reasons 🧼🦠. If this happens, please note that it may take until the evening of your first night (or slightly longer, depending on the weather) for the water to fully heat back up 🔥🌙. We totally get that guests look forward to relaxing in the hot tub, and we only perform this maintenance when absolutely necessary to ensure a clean and safe experience for everyone 💧👍.
