Ensuring the safety and security of our guests and property is our top priority. For guests without a strong recent history of bookings or those making last minute reservations, we may require a screening through a third-party background check called Autohost. This process may require additional information such as credit card and government-issued ID to verify your identity.

Additionally, as part of our safety protocol, we may require you to sign a rental agreement prior to your stay. We understand that this may seem like an inconvenience, but we promise it's painless and easy. With “all-risk” protection, accidental damage from a guest is covered unless it’s specifically excluded such as, but not limited to, normal wear and tear, infestation, or prior damage.

Please check that you have all your personal belongings with you! If you accidentally left something in the house, we can ship misplaced items but we will charge a $100 handling fee and the shipping fee, so please make sure not to leave anything behind! 😅💸
