Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

Note: Calypso HOA charges a $60 per vehicle parking pass fee for up to 2 vehicles obtained online in advance. You will be sent a link to register and pay for your vehicles. Parking is as convenient as it gets in a large secure gated and lighted parking garage across the street.

Bed was comfortable kitchen well stocked with dishes and utensils. Nothing special about living room furniture. Couch was a little difficult to get up from. Balcony chairs were great as they were the higher chairs. Unit came with beach chairs which was nice.

We loved our stay in this condo! Calypso Tower 1 gave us great views of the ocean, tiki bar, a cafe/food spot right across the street, two great pools and chairs on the beach daily! Everything from pier park, some local spots is walkable(in our opinion)! This specific condo was clean, beautiful decor and easy communication with the host! We will definitely be staying again in the future!

Beautiful condo! Had everything we needed for the stay. View on balcony was nice!!Pools were amazing. Only issue we had which had nothing to do with condo was the beach guy letting people set up their folding chairs rite in front of our beach chairs that were including with the condo. They were like a foot in front of us. 4 people. So we just got up and went to the pool.

Great spot! Loved the views from balcony and walking convenience to stores and restaurants. Beach service and pool area were great. Fast elevators and great tikki bar. It was overall a lovely stay. We did get a started kit for the kitchen (paper towel, sponge and a lil soap) but DO bring everything else you will need with you, including condiments (other than salt and pepper), Laundry Detergent and soap. Coffee pods or Coffee with round paper filters for the drip coffee maker as they aren't provided. There were cooking utensils, pots etc. provided. It does has a laundry closet which was convenient. Looking forward to another stay in the future.

The location was great, close to everything. Sitting on the balcony for coffee in the morning and a beverage in the evening was awesome. We were able to see dolphins and turtles as they swam by below. Had everything we needed for our stay.My only critique; the furniture could be updated, as we spent time at night watching TV, not the most comfortable.But we enjoyed a much needed relaxing vacation.

Great view from the 21st floor. Plenty of space for six people to be comfortable and enjoy the space. Right on the beach add two great pools. The condo was very clean and the children loved the bunk beds. The master bedroom is also very comfy.

The condo was great and location was superb. Getting a luggage cart at certain times of day is next to impossible so be patient and bring your drivers licence. Other than that, great stay.

Communication is key

The place itself was great! The condo was beautiful and in a great location. The host communicated well pre check in. He helped us and guided us in the right direction. We noticed that all the towels had stains in it (blood stain and green stains). We messaged him through the APP and he never replied. Every single towel was not clean properly. We went to ask for more towels and the front said message the host. That is the only down side.

Very Convenient Location

I booked this condo for the 2025 Seabreeze Jazz Festival. I usually stay at another property but decided to give this one a try and I'm happy I did. For my purposes, I was a short walk from Pier Park. All the check in process was done via email so there was no need to see a property Representative. My host was very responsive to the couple of questions I had before my arrival. I booked on Tower 1 East which has a beautiful beach view. The condo was clean and well maintained. We had a very enjoyable time!

Perfect location and cozy home

We really enjoyed the property and it's location.Clean and cozy for our vaca. Located in walking distance to the shopping area and amazing beach service with the umbrella and chairs. Would rent this again. Host was great at communicating promptly.
