Upon entry you are greeted into a welcoming open area with a spacious living room, updated kitchen and dining room. Central air conditioning throughout with ceiling fans in each bedroom to keep you cool. One of the four bedrooms is nestled off the entry way that is an ensuite. The remaining 3 bedrooms are located down the hallway with the other full bathroom. There is an office space, perfect for those who need the private space to work or study!

Minutes to local restaurants, markets, liquor stores, pharmacies, playgrounds and shopping! Includes two Narragansett Town Beach passes!

Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation, cleaning and linen fee, and all applicable state and local tax.
Pet fee: Pet friendly on a case by case basis (0-35lbs). If approved there will be an additional $50.00 cleaning fee per pet, and a non-refundable pet fee of $250.00.
