Very clean and well stocked, happy to find items we forgot stocked for use. The location was great for family gathering. Only issue we had was initially locating the home drove by it house numbers are small and hard to see. Definitely looking to stay again when in area for family. Very pleased for our 1st VRBO stay so much bettet than a hotel more family time

Great place.

Very clean. Beyond very well stocked with anything you may have forgotten. Owner is very good at communication. Would stay here again. We trailered our 4-wheelers to near by ATV trailheads. Had a great time.

Great Getaway

This property was the perfect location in the “Heart of the Alleghenies”. Short drives to many different areas of the forest. The house was very clean and well stocked with many unexpected extras! It had everything we needed. We will go back again.

Visiting family

We needed a last minute place to stay while visiting family and Tom was kind enough to accommodate our request for a reservation. The house was comfortable, nicely decorated and very well stocked. We enjoyed our stay.

Entire was completely stocked. Beds were smaller than assumed. Used separate bedrooms. Light in laundry area not working. But everything else was good. Location was on main road with traffic. Woukd rent again.

Great stay and nice place

Place is very clean. Kitchen and bathrooms very well stocked with everything you may need. Host very approachable and fast communication. We would definitely stay there again and absolutely recommended it.

Perfect spot to stay for Kinzua Dam area

This is the cutest little stay with lots of sleeping areas, grill, blender, Keurig coffee maker with cups or drip coffee, foreman grill, comfy couches, etc We hiked the area and was a perfect spot to stay and crash after a busy day. The host was just awesome, answered all my questions very quickly. Would definitely stay again!

PET FRIENDLY

Our stay with our pets was fantastic! The back yard was fenced in and there’s hardwood floors throughout! The fridge was stocked with water and beverages and a nice bowl of candy on the counter! The host left us notes about the WiFi and his cell phone number in case we needed anything!

Great Stay

The home was very nice, clean, and renewed. It was a pleasant stay which our dog enjoyed as well due to the small gated area we could let him out into. We had contacted the owner a couple of times, and he was always quick to answer. We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect Place

The property was clean, bright, spacious and very comfortable. Host was very easy to work with and accommodating! Booked for 3 weeks and will definitely book again in the future!
