Conveniently located near HWY 183, HWY 161, and DFW Airport. Review "Other Things to Note" for important details on pet policies, parking, keys/FOBs, required ID, utility cap, etc.
Other Things to Note
IDs and Occupant Forms: Submit government IDs and occupant info within 24 hours of booking.
Pets: Declare pets before booking. Fees: $250 for 1st pet, plus $150 for the 2nd pet (max 2). Weight and breed restrictions apply.
Community Rules: Keep the community clean, leash dogs outside, and keep cats indoors.
Balcony Safety: Use safety gates for young children.
Parking Rules: Use designated spots, avoid fire lanes, handicap areas, and untagged reserved spots. Request a reserved space if needed. Note: Nabro Furnished Housing is not liable for towing fees.
Lost Keys/Fobs: $100 fee for lost keys or fobs.
