Enjoy beautiful ocean & sunset views from, Ohana Lani, a 5th floor condo with 1120 sq of living space and a stunning double wide lanai. The condo artfully blends modern amenities and island style. Ideally located in Kihei, the unit is right across the street from the best beaches on Maui and is walking distance to excellent restaurants, shops and grocery stores. It is also your perfect home base for exploring the rest of Maui, being centrally located on the island.

★ Perfect location across the beach for either a relaxed no car vacation or to act as a central home base for exploring Maui. The condo is right across the street from Kamaole Beach I and II, which are some of the best swimming beaches on Maui.

Kihei boasts the best weather on Maui year-round, enjoying sunshine and lower humidity due to being shielded by the Haleakalā Volcano from the north. It is also geographically centrally located to the rest of Maui, being a quick drive from Wailea, Kahului, and Lahaina.

Kihei boasts the best weather on Maui year-round, enjoying sunshine and lower humidity due to being shielded by the Haleakalā Volcano from the north. It is also geographically centrally located to the rest of Maui, being a quick drive from Wailea, Kahului, and Lahaina.

Once you arrive at the condo, everything you might need for a Maui vacation is available within walking distance, including beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, shops and activities. If venturing out further to the rest of the island, Kihei is geographically centrally located on the island.

QUARTERLY PEST CONTROL:
The building does mandated pest control one day every quarter for all units in the building. The technicians will need access to the unit for <10 mins to apply treatment which is non-toxic and pretty odorless. Unfortunately I do not have any control over when they are scheduled to come to the unit / am bound to the building's announced date. I will notify you in advance if a pest control day is scheduled during your stay.


VACATION RENTAL AGREEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT IS NOT A LEASE AND CONVEYS NO RIGHTS IN REAL PROPERTY AT ANY TIME. YOUR USE IS LIMITED TO THAT STATED IN THIS AGREEMENT.

This Vacation Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between the Host and Guest with respect to the subject property being booked. By booking the subject property, Guest agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions, including the provisions relating to reviews and house rules.

• COVERED PERIOD
Your sole right to use the Property begins with the stated check-in and check-out times on the listing, unless other times are approved in writing in advance by the Host. This agreement is in effect from the time and date of the confirmation of your booking of the Property.

For any late-checkout not agreed to, there will be a late fee of $100 for every 30 mins past the check-out time.


• HOUSE RULES
Guest agrees to comply with all house rules set forth by the Host, which are provided in the Property's listing, posted on the Property, provided via platform messaging, text messaging or otherwise made available to Guest. the unit rules may include, but are not limited to, restrictions related to noise levels, occupancy, pets, smoking, parking, communication standards and review policies.

• BREACH OF HOUSE RULES
In the event that Guest breaches any of the unit rules during their stay, the Host reserves the right to:

a. Terminate the Guest's stay at the Property without refund or compensation;
b. Assess additional fees for damages, cleaning, or other expenses resulting from the breach;
c. Retain all or a portion of the security deposit, if applicable; and
d. Pursue any other legal remedies available under applicable law.


• RENTER REQUIREMENTS:
For legal and accounting purposes, the person placing the reservation must use their legal name when booking. This person is considered to be the Guest. All other persons involved with the rental are considered to be the Guest's invitees, and all discussion regarding reservation, cancellation, and damage policies will be discussed with the Guest, not the Guest's invitees. The Guest understands that the Hosts only rents to responsible adults over the age of 21 ONLY.


• GUESTS
You may not exceed the number of people stated on your reservation confirmation at any time without prior approval of the Host. This limitation applies regardless of whether such persons are staying the night or just visiting.


• NOISE LIMITS
- Respect the stated quiet hours on the listing. 9pm-8am
- No blasting of music or loud noise that can be heard by neighbors, even outside quiet hours. Violations can result in your eviction from the property and a fine of up to $250.


• SMOKING:
Smoking is NOT permitted in the Property under any circumstance. Smoking is allowed outside 15 ft or more away from the property as long as butts and ashes are not left behind and only. Discard the butts and ashes in the outside garbage after extinguishing. Do not throw butts on the ground (including the fire ring – if applicable) or bring them into the unit. If there is any tobacco or marijuana smell in the home after your departure, there will be a minimum $350 and up to $2,500 penalty fine. Oil lamps and incense are not permitted due to the long-lasting odor. If these policies are violated, there will be a fine of up to $500.


• SPECIAL EVENTS & PARTIES
Special events, including but not limited to weddings and parties, are not permitted without prior written approval of the Host. Unauthorized parties and events will be charged a fine of up to $1000 and may result in eviction from the property.


• CLEANLINESS
- There will be charges for excessive cleaning and maintenance if rules are not followed and the unit is not left in good condition like you found it. This includes, but is not limited to, excessive trash, leaving dirty dishes / food, dirty grills, dirty hot tub, broken items, etc.


• PROHIBITED ITEMS
DJ equipment and PA speakers are prohibited without prior written approval. Additionally, the following items are considered damaging and are not allowed on the property; you will be charged a fine of up $250 if found in violation of this rule.
- Candles
- Incendiary Devices
- Confetti
- Glitter
- Paint


• CANCELLATIONS
If for any reason beyond the control of the Property owner, the Property is unavailable for use by Guest, the Host may cancel your reservation with only a refund of the actual fees and/or deposits you have paid.


• PETS
Pets may be allowed with prior written permission of the Host and only with an additional cleaning fee. Host will deduct $200 from your deposit for unapproved pets. Pet owners agree to the following additional rules:
- Use protective sheets that we will leave out for you to cover any place where your pet may lie (we are not equipped to shampoo furniture or rugs or dry clean bedding after your departure);
- Outside the unit, dogs are to be leashed at all times; and
- Owners must immediately pick up after their pets and deposit waste in a plastic bag and place it in the garbage.

In addition to our additional pet cleaning fee, the Host will deduct the costs of extra cleaning or repairs necessitated by the presence of your pets. In addition, you assume all responsibility for any harm that may come to your pets (s) and agree to hold harmless the Host, the Property owner, their agents and employees against all losses, claims, liabilities, causes of action, damages, costs and expenses related to any harm that may come to your pet(s) while on the Property.


• PLUMBING:
Do not put any feminine products in the toilet. Plungers are provided if a clog occurs. Please do not pour grease down the drain.

Excellent location and property!

This location is awesome! The large deck that looks west over the ocean is wonderful! We saw beautiful sunsets and humpback whales spraying and diving. My husband saw a couple breaches. Its very walkable. The beach and restaurants are close. The condo is very comfortable and well stocked. We would stay here again.
