The unit is near UF, Shands Hospital, T-75, and Butler Plaza, located on the ground floor, providing easy access. It's 3 Miles (8 minutes by vehicle) away from the apt to Shands Hospital. There are three routes bus stops in the community and four routes bus stops near the community. The parking is free.

The front door and porch of the unit are equipped with security cameras to ensure the safety of all guests.

There are four rooms in the unit. Each room has its own bed/bath. Two persons are allowed per room.

The room Moon, Star, and Galaxy, is furnished with a queen-sized, 64” W*84" L bed, a 12” mattress, and a 43" TV, there is a 50" TV in the living room. Room Sun is a room with two twin beds. Every room is also locked with a U-bolt indoors.

The unit has appliances induction stove oven, toaster, microwave, fridge, washer, dryer, etc. shared by tenants.

I enjoyed staying here. The listing was accurate, and everything in the apartment was labeled with directions etc. It is a nice 4 bed/4 bath unit.

Although the property was not in a satisfactory condition when it came to its cleanliness (we found dirt/makeup staining on the sheets, dust caked on the bedroom ceiling fans, some miscellaneous hair in the bathrooms, and crumbs in the kitchen sink upon check-in), we are leaving a 3-star review because the hosts provided exceptional communication and addressed our concerns quickly. We appreciated their willingness to make our experience better and told us they would look into getting a new cleaner for the property.

We stayed for a night for gators game. It was clean it was a bit dated. The room in front needs black out shade the light outside was on all night lighting up the room

Accommodations were run down. Chairs were broken or had brackets holding together. It wasn't completely clean and the arrangement of the bedroom furniture in Galaxy caused an injury to my husband's leg getting into bed. It would have been nice to know it was student housing in advance.

Cost of place was excellent. Appreciates 4 bathrooms (1 in each bedroom). Basic needs were met. Communication was good and responses were immediate. Some recommendations (not necessarily complaints)…..Could use upgrade in living room furniture and in bathroom towels. Place accommodates at least 8 people. Expected silverware in kitchen for at least 6.Again, not a complain more of suggestions.

The layout of this facility with 4 bedrooms, each having a private full bathroom was perfect for our situation. The host communicated well, but all communications were through the VRBO app which required login each time; would have preferred simple email or text messages. The rooms were clean and in good order.
