Very well located for our event at ATC. Great neigborhoodfor walking, also quiet . Loft was clean with nice natural lighting.

Awesome location!!

For the most part, this place has it all, quiet building, beautiful courtyard, great amenities. The signage for entry to the property was a bit confusing, but once we were in everything was fantastic!!!

Perfect for Walking Downtown Durham

We were in town for the Biscuits and Banjos festival, and this was a perfect location to stay. Parked the car on Friday and walked everywhere all weekend. The apartment was clean, comfortable and quiet. Management sent detailed instructions that made checkin/checkout a breeze.

Home base in Durham

It’s been about ten years since last visiting DT Durham for work. Wow- has Durham transformed in the last 10 years! Very exciting to see. Brought my daughter out to check out schools and Durham was a great central location to launch from. The location of the VRBO was within walking distance to many restaurants and nightlife. Can’t wait to see Durham again on future travels.

This property is fabulous! It’s a historic building, in a fantastic location, close to everything in downtown Durham. It’s also only a half mile away from Duke’s east campus. The third floor unit is very spacious. It overlooks a courtyard, so no nosy neighbors looking in though the massive windows. As they state in the description, it IS an old warehouse space with a loft feel, so some noise does travel through the hallways. However, we were never disturbed by ANY excessive noise. The initial check in & parking process seemed confusing at first, but they provide a detailed guidebook which explains all of the processes in detail (the parking garage is only a half block away). The management company is also very responsive to questions. The only complaint I have is that the initial booking process felt cumbersome and unnecessarily invasive. That said, I will definitely be staying here again when in Durham!
