Large studio, full kitchen, bathroom, independent entrance and washer and dryer

The Studio is located 8 minutes from Brickell and few minutes from Little Havana and Coconut Groove.
Beaches: 10 minutes to Key Biscayne, 15 minutes to South Beach.
Street Parking for free in front of the house.
Self Access through a coded gate.
Walk right after the main entrance, pass the small gate on the right, walk across the garage area following the stone path, and will find the entrance after the corner.
Do not enter in other units.
No smoking anywhere in the house.
Please do not enter other guests' units (3 units in the location) .
No smoking in the house. $200 cleaning fee
Please do not bother other units, as there are 3 in total.
Street parking only (free in the neighborhood).
Only use the LockPad and not the handle lock. We don’t provide keys for the latter and you will be locked out of the unit.
