Generally pleasant stay , lovely view, bit of steep hill to walk up and lots different keys ect which I didn’t mind Lot’s nice bars close by fuengirola Overall I would say it was good value for money Thanks for a pleasant vacation

Expect: beautiful view, nice beach, decent location, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap in one bathroom (we bought one for the second bathroom), no garbage bags, some cleaning products, cooler for the beach, very uncomfortable beds and seating, air conditioner in the main bedroom occasionally leaks (it became noisy and leaked 4-5 times during our 14-day stay - the first time it happened I slipped, fell and injured myself. I've let the landlord know so hoping it gets resolved for the next guest.) You'll be given 2 janitors' rings of keys with no identification and little explanation. The shower set up causes a flooded bathroom floor, and there appeared to be mold growing on an adjacent wall near the end of our stay (again, I let the landlord know). Know that if you arrive outside 0700-2200 you will be charged an addition fee, which isn't mentioned. The landlord is very friendly and replies quickly.

Very nice holiday apartment

We have spent almost two weeks in the apt in September 16 and we had lovely holidays. Everything was as described in the offer and as shown on the pictures. Apt is well equipped and very comfortable, especially form small family. Huge terrace offers breathtaking views over the sea (and perfectly working gas grill). The owner organized for us baby crib and wi-fi which was very nice. It could be a bit more cleaner but probably the problem is the dust from outside as there was a very, very dry weather. The apartment is easily accessible from Malaga Airport- not more than 30 mts drive. If you decide to stay in this apt you just have to be aware that it's a quite challenging walk form the beach to the apartment (because it's located on the hill) - we used the car to access the beach and it's generally better to have a car during your stay to do some shopping and to access many restaurants in the central Fuengirola. Though, there are some good restaurants nearby and Spar Express on the petrol station, 5 mts walk form apt. There is no problem to park the car as the owner offers parking lot in the garage, accessible from the apt by lift. The communal swimming pool is few steps from the apt. Train Station (Cercanias, destination Malaga) is approximately 15 minutes away by walk. I can recommend the property for everyone who seeks quiet and relaxing holidays in Costa del Sol.

L'appartement correspond tout à fait aux photos. Les pièces sont spacieuses et le balcon génial avec la vue sur la mer. Il y a la climatisation dans chaque pièce mais nous n'avons pas eu à l'utiliser car la brise marine rafraîchit l'air la nuit. L'appartement dispose aussi d'un barbecue ce qui est très appréciable sans oublier la wifi. L'accès à la mer se fait en moins de 10 mn à pied. Il y a des restaurants sur le paseo marítimo juste en bas de l'appartement. Toutes les conditions sont là pour passer de bonnes vacances. Nous le recommandons et espérons revenir.

Nous avons passés un très agreable séjour, qui nous a permis de decouvrir l'Andalousie mais aussi de nous reposer au bord de la piscine ou à la plage toute proche. Appartement très fonctionnel. Très bien.

Superb Apartment- Amazing Views- Exactly as Described

Excellent stay in early June. Property was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Great, relatively quiet beach area. Unbelievable views. Huge outdoor area with excellent quality furnishings. Air conditioning in all rooms, and the WIFI was very fast and worked flawlessly for our data hungry teenagers. Apartment has everything you could need for a beach vacation including lots of beach chairs and umbrellas. We had to change our flights at the last minute and arrived later and stayed longer than expected. Ping and Pepe kept in constant communication with us through our travel travails and were understanding and accommodating to our changing needs which was an enormous help to us! Thank you both so much!

Superbe appartement!

Nous sommes restés 7 nuits dans cet appartement du 8 au 15 août 2016 ( 2 couples). Appartement agréable à l'intérieur mais c'est surtout la terrasse et sa vue qui font le charme de ce logement. Nous sommes tout le temps bercés par le bruit des vagues, la terrasse est très grande , le grand barbecue est fort utile. Piscine agréable, la plage est vraiment à côté en 5 min ( vu que l'appartement est en hauteur , il faut bien évidemment parcourir la descente et la montée , ça fait travailler un peu les jambes mais ça se fait ) . La plage est agréable, pas trop bondée ...Endroit vraiment calme! Petites supérettes à proximité pour dépanner direction fuengirola...bien pratique Il faut prendre la voiture pour aller à Benalmadena et trouver plus d'animation ( 5 min en voiture) ou même pour faire des grandes courses. Par contre , il n'y avait pas de wi-fi ( à voir avec le propriétaire si c'était normal ou pas...) et il manquait une clé de plus pour le portail accédant à la route publique.

Excellent apartment

This was my first time, we used home and away and I was nervous. Ping was excellent, kept in touch and answered my questions very promptly. we were met by a lovely lady who let us in and showed us around. Great apartment, well equipped, great great view. My boys are 7 and 12 and they loved the apartment. The beach opposite is really nice and the restaurant on the beach is excellent (karlifto). It does have a steep walk, especially when coming back to the apartment from the beach. The pool is on the same floor as apartment entrance and the apartment balcony had a box of inflatables and kids play things for the beach and pool. No local supermarket, bring food, drinks with you on the way or a trip to carfeurr in feungirola. We arrived late and the next day popped to a spar, to get us by until we drove to carfeurr. I would visit again.

Wunderschöne, gemütliche Familienferien

Schönes Appartement, funktionell eingerichtet, alles was man für entspannte Ferien braucht ist vorhanden - sogar ein grosser Gas-Grill auf dem Balkon. Sonnenauf- und -untergang und die wunderschöne Aussicht übers Meer geniesst man in der Lounge-Ecke. Schwimmen und Plantschen im Pool, Kinderbecken, oder im Meer. Sandstrand über einen Weg schnell zu erreichen, mit kleinem Restaurant (auch während unseren Herbstferien geöffnet). Ursprüngliches Essen: Gute Paella, feiner Pulpo und Fisch vom Grill u.a.m :-) Die Schlüsselübergabe funktioniert unkompliziert und pünktlich. Die Nahrungsmittel-Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuss sind etwas beschränkt. Ansonsten... Für die ganze Familie wunderschöne, gemütliche, entspannende Ferien -> zu empfehlen und gerne wieder...
