Entering this spacious 2,400+ sq. ft. vacation home you are greeted by the game rooms featuring a full air hockey table and pool table with vaulted ceilings. The separate family room has a cozy fireplace, diagonally placed tile, 50” Smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, Etc.) and opens to the large kitchen with a kitchen island and dining area. You will find nestled off the kitchen area a laundry room and the 4th bedroom and a bathroom, along with access to the three-car garage. Ceiling fans and wood shutters throughout. The covered patio and direct line gas BBQ island with a palapa makes this the perfect backyard for desert entertaining. Small dog friendly.

This vacation home opens up to a large living room with a family kitchen. There is plenty of room in the living room to lounge in front of a 50” inch Smart television and natural gas fireplace in comfort under the switch-controlled ceiling fan and huge sofa sectional. The casual dining area features a dining table with seating for seven. There is also a breakfast table for four. The fully-equipped kitchen features stunning stainless-steel appliances such as a Maytag Side-by-Side refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser and offers everything one would need to create their perfect meal including quartz countertops. Drip coffee maker and Nespresso maker with frothier.

All four bedrooms have queen beds and 40” Smart TVs (Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, Etc.). The primary bedroom features a private exit to the outdoor pool area and an en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combo and a vanity sink. Bathroom #2 has a shower/tub combo. Bathroom #3 has a walk-in shower.

Ultra-fast 1Gbps high speed Wi-Fi internet throughout the home for all your work and streaming needs. Fully equipped laundry room with washer, dryer, ironing board, iron, and starter laundry pods. This property also features parking for two cars, driveway, and plenty of street parking.

This large-private yard is perfect for your vacation needs. You will find yourself enjoying the outdoor seating area with table for six, smaller table for four, two lounge chairs with umbrellas, and a ceiling fan. Enjoy hours in the oversized saltwater pool with a tanning shelf or in the heated spa with your favorite glass of wine. ‘Desert Air LQ’ in La Quinta is in one of the very best locations, minutes from top golf resorts, restaurants, and shopping in La Quinta, down the street from the Empire Polo Club, near La Quinta Resort, and Indian Wells Tennis Gardens. Highway 111 close by with Costco, Starbucks, and all the shops along 111. El Paseo is 10 minutes away. Interstate 10 is extremely close allowing you to quickly head to Palm Springs and other Coachella Valley destinations.

Other items to note:

- Pool with spa heating available at $60 per day including spa or spa only at $35 a night. 14-day consecutive day minimum for either pool/spa or spa only heating paid in advance. Maximum temperature allowed for pool is 85 degrees, 104 degrees for the spa.

- If you would like to bring one dog (40lbs max) to the property there is a $100 non-refundable dog fee. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a dog so we can submit the bill to you before your arrival. Please no dogs on the beds or living room couch (dog hair found on beds or living room couch will have a dry-cleaning fee post-stay) and ensure to pick-up their droppings.

- Security cameras are not monitored live (locations: front of garage, side patio, back yard area).

- Quiet hours from 10pm to 7am per city rules and in respect of the neighbors.

- Post stay housekeeping is for three-and-a-half hours. Any additional time needed will be charged to the guest in half hour increments at $80hr.

- Guests staying longer than one month are required to either purchase a mid-cleaning from Blue Coachella Vacation Rental Management, with or without laundry service, or have professional maid service completed once a month for upkeep.

- A vacation rental agreement must be completed before arrival and guests are required to provide a copy of their driver’s license at check-in.

- No mail box access is available. When placing an Amazon order kindly instruct them to deliver to Front Door and not on Sundays. USPS service is not available for guests. Use Fedex or UPS for front door deliveries.

Local vacation rental management group Blue Coachella provides peace-of-mind check-in service, onsite and/or phone assistance during your stay, and professional housekeeping services. Guest paid periodic mid-cleanings are available during your stay.
