Self check-in with smart lock

General:

No smoking inside the home.

No parties or events.

Please respect quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM (family-friendly neighborhood).

Pets:

Dogs are welcome! Please let us know in advance if you're bringing a pet. There is a $150 pet fee.

Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and keeping them off the furniture unless covered.

Safety & Security:

Security cameras are installed on the exterior of the home (front and back entrances) for guest safety.

Tampering with or disabling security equipment is not permitted.

Parking:

Off-street parking is available for multiple vehicles. Please do not block neighbors’ driveways.

Fire Pit & Grill:

Please supervise children around the fire pit at all times.

Be sure to turn off the grill after use.

Cleaning & Laundry:

A GE all-in-one washer and dryer is available for guest use.
