Perfect, all but the rain.

This property is so nice. I can't wait to rent it again.Very clean, quiet and so so cozy. Just a few steps from beach and near lots of fun places. I would recommend it to anyone looking for comfy and cozy. Love it!

Quick Night on the Beach

We had a great night staying here! Property was perfect size for me and my husband, and we were in walking distance to the beach. This was a great and relaxing stop on our trip!

Amazing place great distance from beach

Great Beach Cottage

Paulette's and Phil's cottage was wonderful. The cottage was extremely clean and comfortable. In addition to that Paulette and Phil are great hosts.

Adorable cottage near the beach

This cute little place was spotless, well-maintained, and extremely close to the beach. It was quiet and had a well-stocked kitchen. Loved Paulette and Phil, who were good communicators and excellent hosts!

The Teddy Baer Bungalow was amazing. We’ve been vacationing in Old Orchard for years. The quality of some of the places we’ve stayed at previously has continued to decline. The Teddy Baer was an incredible find. Immaculately clean, so close to the beach and beautiful inside. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. Phil was the perfect host. We’ll definitely be back.

Home away from home

What a wonderful property! Absolutely everything you might need is right here. Close to the beach, close enough to the pier to walk. Every convenience is here, microwave, stove, Keurig, blender. The property owners are right on site, there if you need anything, and quiet enough you’d hardly know they’re there. At the end of the day when walking in, felt just like coming back to home, became so comfortable and familiar quickly.

Amazing property!

The pictures don't do justice to this amazing space! It was adorable, immaculate, clean, and comfortable. So many thoughtful details and amenities, and just steps away from the beautiful beach! The host was wonderful with prompt communication. We will absolutely return here for another stay.

A great place for 2 people! Very clean and cozy!

It was all very good. Some folks are allergic to fragrance tho so the linens should be washed in fragrance- free soap and dryer sheets.

Delightful

This property is just as delightful in person as it is in the pictures. It was spotlessly cleaned and maintained, a few steps to the beach, and was equipped with everything I needed for the week. Ms. Paulette was very kind and extremely responsive to any questions I had. The location was safe, the weather perfect, and in close proximity to laundry facilities, restaurant, and store. I would definitely elect to stay here again.

Best VRBO experience ever

The hosts thought of everything when making their guest house feel like a home. We used this Old Orchard Beach location as “home base” to travel in Southern ME, NH and VT for a week. Walking steps from the beach, close enough to the pier for food and fun- yet far enough away so it was quiet and relaxing… the location and amenities were perfect! Having a dedicated parking spot was priceless. The kitchen was well equipped, the bed was super comfortable and the back patio and front porch gave us a chance to relax and truly feel like locals. Thanks for an unforgettable week on the beach!

Great location-beautiful accommodations!

Teddy Baer Bungalow (as the owner's have affectionally named it) was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed in Old Orchard Beach for accommodation of similar offering. The large studio suite has a well appointed kitchen with all amenities (sans dish washer), small seating/living area with a sofa and queen bed and a decent sized bathroom with a stand-up shower. The rental was immaculately clean and for someone like me who is very picky in this area, the place felt like home to me. There's a small patio out back with dining table and grill (shared with owners) and a small front porch with comfy glider chairs. The rental provides all the linens and towels. The kitchen is well stocked and has starter supplies like paper towels, K-Cups, and some spices. There's a large closet off the entry area that has some hangers for clothes/jackets. The bed was super comfy which is a plus when you're away from home. You can really tell the owners take pride in this rental. The location is considered "Ocean Park" which in my opinion is a little nicer than OOB itself. We definitely noticed how quiet it was after hours and very family friendly neighborhood. The beach is a 2 min walk and only about a 10-15 min walk to the pier for all the fun. There are a couple little stores only a few blocks from the rental as well. There's also a snack bar at the end of the road just as you reach the sandy entrance to the beach. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others.

Such a charming place with a minute walk to the beach. Felt like we were staying in a quaint casita . Everything was extremely clean and put together. Owners are a sweet couple who couldn't be nicer. Would love to stay again👍 Thank you for a lovely stay!

Perfect Spot!!

My boyfriend and I spent the weekend to celebrate his 30th birthday. This was the perfect spot for us, so close to the beach and a walk away from the pier. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Great site for off-season getaway

This is a beautiful, well-appointed studio very close to the beach. We stayed two nights at the end of a two-week trip in Maine and enjoyed it very much, despite the rain. It's a bit close to the train tracks, but we didn't hear trains at night, so that was no problem. The hosts made check-in easy with the number-coded door lock. I'd definitely consider staying here again on a return trip.
