50 th anniversary!

The condo was as advertised, very clean, and very close to the beach access. We have stayed at beach and tennis many years and it’s a great complex. I would highly recommend a stay at Hilton head Beach and tennis in this condo.

Heaven On Earth

Oceanside Properties: Staying at this resort felt like stepping into a well-written novel — one where every chapter offered peace, beauty, and just the right breeze. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this wasn’t just a place to sleep, but a haven crafted with care. The cleanliness sparkled like a fresh canvas, untouched and ready for memories. The short walk to the beach was like strolling through a secret garden path that opens up to a sapphire horizon — close enough to taste the salt in the air, far enough to feel like your own private escape. Every amenity was a thoughtful brushstroke: the pool shimmered like liquid glass, the grounds were manicured like a poem, and even the smallest details whispered luxury. If you’re looking for a place where relaxation meets intention, where comfort greets you like an old friend, and where the sea is just a heartbeat away — this is it. Oceanside Properties didn’t just provide a place to stay. They offered a sanctuary that stays with you long after you leave the place♥️

Very out dated, smells a bit, couch is run down and bed is not comfortable. Thought it was a much better view to the ocean. It also clearly states that nothing is to be stored or hung outside or you would get a fine, yet the entire complex looked a mess with it!! Cars were parked wonky and stayed that way all week. Guard sent us to the wrong building at 12am when we checked in and it was dark and we drove in circles forever. Customer service was very prompt and courteous with questions about arrival and the room was at least clean. The bikes that are rented on property are horrible. We rented for 5 days and returned after a couple hours. Not our best stay on Hilton Head!!

We’re glad, however, that you found the unit clean and our customer service team helpful and responsive. We also regret that the bike rental experience did not meet expectations and will pass that feedback along to the rental provider. We appreciate you staying with us and hope you’ll consider giving us another opportunity to provide a better experience in the future.
