Perfect place for a couple.

Our stay was perfect! The place was super clean and well supplied. We were supplied with Dove products in the bathroom and there were more than enough towels. Dell was very conscientious and great to deal with. Thanks for a terrific time.

Very cute and convenient condo

I will definitely be staying here again. It was the perfect spot right on the beach, located in the heart of everything and not far at all from Harbortown. The owners were so nice and accommodating. I recommend staying here for sure!

Relaxing Family Vacation

Lovely condo, very close to the beach. The grandkids loved the bunkbeds and the huge pool. We rented bikes at the resort. Very easy and convenient.

Piece of paradise!

This was a lovely property with everything we needed! Great proximity to the pool and beach. On site food was a short walk and sooo tasty!! The property owner was very easy to work with and prompt when answering questions and requests!! Have put this property into my favorites and am looking forward to many return trips to my "happy place!"

Getaway from Michigan

The description of the property and pictures were exactly what we found upon arrival. It proved to be just what we needed spending a week in beautiful weather. The access to the ocean allowed us to walk to the shore each morning to view the sunrise. We would definitely stay again!!

Great place to stay for couples and families

We loved our stay here, the condo was fully equipped, lots of extras like an umbrella and chairs for the beach. It was small but so cute and clean, perfect for a family of four or more because there is sleeping for six. The location is wonderful, it’s on a resort with many restaurants and bars, one being right next to the pool, the pool is large and inviting with plenty of seats and umbrellas. A few steps away from the pool is the beautiful beach, Hilton Head Beach is always nice, great soft sand

My husband and I wanted to get away after the hectic holidays and this was the perfect solution. Weather was unseasonably warm which was perfect. Condo was lovely , and comfortable , had all the conveniences . Will definitely be returning in the future.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is a short distance to the beach, pool and gym. The owners did a great job with all the new upgrades and decorating. They were very gracious and wanted to make sure that our stay was very favorable. If we return to HHI for vacation we would rent this condo again.

Homey little condo on the beach!

Dell was a great host. Very communicative and responsive. The property was super well kept, and there were many nice to haves supplied. It's 100 yards from the beach, and also very near some tennis courts in the complex.

This villa is just the right size.

An enjoyable vacation even with the unexpected cold weather. This villa is just the right size and the furnishings are either new or in very good condition. The property is clean, neat and updated with everything you would need for your stay. The owner was very easy to work with and just a phone call away. We would definitely choose to stay here again and will recommend it to friends and family.

Clean, updated, convenient

We have been coming to this resort for a few years and have stayed all over the villa buildings. This unit was, by FAR the cleanest, most updated and equipped unit that we have ever stayed in. The location made it easy and go back and forth to the beach and pool. The bathroom was updated with a great quality, deep tub that my daughter loved taking baths in. I enjoyed the incredible water pressure in the shower!

Home away from home

The condo was beautiful and clean. It was truly a home away from home. Building C is a great location on the property, a very short walk to pool and beach. Very comfortable for a family of three. Owners were amazing and very accommodating. Property is on a pretty quiet part of island, nice and relaxing. We would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a clean well priced place to stay. Already booking a trip later in summer!

Great Place

Everything was clean and in working order. The place was easy to find and in a convenient location. The entire process was very easy. The check in and out instructions were very easy to follow. The pictures made the rooms look a little smaller than expected but it was just two of us so we didnt need anything bigger. I would recommend staying at this place to anyone!

Nice, quiet stay

We had a great time at this property. It was very quiet, very clean, and updated. We didn't experience any issues. It was very easy to get in and out of, and I liked that they had a security guard to get in and out. It has a fully functioning kitchen and they have pots and pans. The island was perfect for our family to play card games on. My only suggestions would be black out curtains in the bedroom and thicker pillows. I'm sure we will be back!

Excellent unit

This unit was excellent. Everything you need in the kitchen fully equipped. Clean and modern. Loved it. Will be back for sure. Owners were excellent always accessible and ready to answer any questions so accommodating.

Great location!

Condo was perfect size for my husband and I and two small children. We loved that there was a bike rental on the property and we were able to ride our bikes everywhere due to the great location! The pool was very spacious and perfect for our kids and we loved that the condo was on the first floor. We had a minor issue with the refrigerator but Dell was quick to get it taken care of and communicated well with us. We plan to return!

Simply the Best

We have stayed at many different properties on Hilton head Island. Many of them at the beach and tennis club. This was, without question, the nicest, most well-kept, most well-stocked place we have ever stayed. I cannot say enough good things about this condo. It is perfect for a small family or just a couple. The owners have gone out of their way to make sure it is well cared for. Communication with the owners was a breeze, and I could always count on a reply with answers to my questions. If you are just a couple, or a couple with small children or even a couple of teenagers, you cannot go wrong at all with this place. It is simply the best!

Five Stars All Around!

Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort has been our favorite vacation spot for the last four years! We've stayed at different places and in different villas here at the resort BUT this year topped them all! C157 is a gorgeous, updated villa! The space is utilized so well...plenty of storage, even for a family of five. This year my family also rented other condos here and they were all a bit jealous of how nice our place was! It is clean and beautifully decorated. It is very bright and much more modern than the other units we've seen. We will be back next year! Thanks so much to the owners Mr. and Mrs. Gates. Everything was truly perfect!

For many years, we have visited lovely Hilton Head Island (our honeymoon was our first visit!) and wished for the day that we could have a home away from home. After staying in various parts of the island, in hotels and condos, it became clear when we began looking for a second-home property that Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort had everything we could ask for -- close proximity to one of the best stretches of beach on the island, onsite laundry facilities and fitness center, several tennis and pickle-ball courts, fitness center, walking and biking trails, a kids play area, and last but not least, the largest pool on the island with Jamaica Joe's beach-side bar and ice cream/sno-cone hut. The complex also features Gatorz Pizza and Wings and Coconutz bar in the main building near the entrance, as well as convention facilities for group meetings of all kinds.

While you may not have a view of the ocean in our villa, we offer several other conveniences -- we are in the quietest part (outside) of building C, most convenient to the beach and pool area and restaurants in the main building. You won't hear the noise from interior halls in the early morning or late evening hours! Our villa is located on the first floor, up only a short flight of steps from your convenient parking place. The handicapped ramp is also close by as is the elevator and luggage cart area (so handy for moving all your "stuff" when checking in or out) Our balcony, overlooking the quietest part of the parking lot, provides a respite from an active day. A cool beverage goes extremely well there! We know that you will enjoy your stay, and we look forward to your frequent returns!
