After you've watched the surfers, walked on the beach, looked at the sunset out the picture windows, then let the sound of the surf lull you to sleep at night.

This 1924 Craftsman small cottage has been fully remodeled. It has a completely new kitchen with granite counter tops, new gas range, 9' long kitchen window, sliding glass door & picture windows in living room all looking out over the beach and Pacific Ocean. Updated bathroom, all three bedrooms updated, new windows & new flooring throughout.

Living room - Cabin charm with knotty pine walls, cozy new carpeting, and ocean view through the virtually all glass west wall. Living room and kitchen flow together to form an easy-living great room. New 42' flat screen t.v. with Dish satellite (120 channels), dvd & vhs player.

Kitchen - Totally new kitchen and fully equipped! Dishwasher, garbage disposal, Cuisinart food processor, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, stand electric mixer, dishes, pots & pans, griddle, waffle iron, mixing bowls - you name it, it's probably there! Cooking's enjoyable as you look out over the ocean, have everything you need at hand - and are still part of the action since the kitchen & living area adjoin.
