Welcome to Phoenix East 1102, a charming 1-bedroom, 1-bath Gulf-front condo with a bunk alcove, offering 800 sq. ft. of coastal comfort and sleeping accommodations for up to 6 guests. This slice of beach paradise is the perfect retreat for swimming, shopping, trying local eateries, or simply unwinding by the water.

Step inside and enjoy the bright, coastal décor and fully furnished interior designed for a relaxing stay. The fully stocked kitchen includes everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals or enjoy delicious takeout from nearby restaurants. The living area features floor-to-ceiling windows and direct access to your private balcony—ideal for soaking in emerald Gulf views and refreshing sea breezes.

The primary bedroom offers direct access to the shared bathroom, which also opens to the hallway for added convenience. When it's time to turn in, the kids will love the bunk alcove room as their "hideway" in the hallway. Additional conveniences include a sleeper sofa, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer.

The Phoenix East complex provides an impressive array of resort-style amenities, including a beachside outdoor pool, indoor heated pool, kiddie pool, splash pad, hot tub, sauna, steam room, fitness center, tennis courts, racquetball court, grilling area, gated entry, and a private boardwalk leading straight to the beach.

• RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All reservations are required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement.

• AGE REQUIREMENT: Renter must be 25+ and stay for the entire reservation.

• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.

• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.

Clean and cute coastal style! Love the kitchen table and decor items! Very clean. Only slight problem (which wasn’t owners fault) was construction on the tower right next to us during the day. Workers were literally right at the balcony. And the indoor pool & hot-tub was closed while we were there. Wasn’t an issue because the phoenix east II was open to use for us. Warning, pull out couch is not for adults, very lumpy, even the kids didn’t want to sleep on it.

Bed was horribly uncomfortable. Neighbors were loud at bed time. Overall cleanliness was mediocre at best. View was great, however there was construction right next to our balcony and we couldn’t sit out there at times. Towels were very poor quality and there was just not much to be excited about. Door was broken when we got there and we waited hours for maintenance to “fix” it.

Beautiful Beachy Condo

The condo was beautifully decorated and comfortable. There were only 2 of us so we had plenty of room. I would definitely stay here again. Great location along the beach and we had wonderful views from our condo!

This is a stunning condo with a view that you can' t be beat! It had everything we needed for our stay! Great communication with property manager......very responsive to our questions. We would definitely want to stay here again!

Amazing condo

If you are on the fence, book it! I'm a long-time Orange Beach goer and have stayed in dozens of Phoenix units and this is the nicest one I've ever been in. Beautifully renovated property with excellent views.

Beautiful place!

We had a very last minute trip and they were so accommodating for us. The place is in a great location. It’s easy to get to all places at the beach within reasonable time. It was nice sitting on the balcony and watching the boats coming in and out of the pass. The condo was VERY nice and cozy! We loved it and will be back! Thank you

This was an immaculate property! Everything was as described and shown in the photos. The view was absolutely amazing. The communication with the property manager was also great! We had no issues and had a great spring break! We would book here again for sure.
