Check in was very easy. Beds very comfortable. Major issue was gnats! There was also a lot of random hair everywhere. Razor covering at top of bathroom shower. All linen/beddong/towels clean. Check our was at 10AM but door key code stopped working few hours prior

The unit wasn’t as clean as I would have liked. There was hair in the bathroom floor and sand on the floor. Also the floor near the baseboards looked dirty. The chairs on the balcony need to be replaced - they are very close to breaking. I received a text that my checkout was a day earlier than I had booked and had to call 5 times over a 6 hour period to get this resolved.

We had a pleasant stay overall. The staff members were friendly and very helpful, which made us feel welcome and well taken care of. The accommodations met our needs and the environment was comfortable.That said, a couple of things future guests might want to keep in mind: Be prepared for long wait times on the elevators this was a consistent inconvenience during our stay. Also, if you’re a coffee drinker, bring your own coffee filters, as they weren’t provided.Thank you! We will visit again.

Great view and amenities for kids

The view was great. Complete beach view, clean beach, beach is not to far of a walk from the condo. Room was clean, everything was in order, plenty of dishes/utensils, pans, ice maker. Didnt have to wait long on elevators, even when one was being serviced. Splash pad was awesome for our 4 yo and even our 7 yo. Had indoor and outdoor pool, indoor hot tubs. Overall one of the better condos we have stayed at, only complaint was the lady to buy the parking pass wasnt very helpful or friendly. Had shopping carts and luggage racks to bring up your bags. This condo has a box fan already there and a hair dryer. We would stay again for sure!

Family Vacation

Our family all stayed at the Phoenix in separate units. Unit was as shown in pictures and the complex was great for family (we had 3 kids - 1yo, 3yo and 10yo). We alternated between beach and indoor pool as the outside pool was cold for October visit. We loved it and would stay there again!

Great location for families with small kids or even older! Walmart Market is a mile down the road with anything you would need for your stay and it is very close to some great restaurants!!

Loved the condo for my husband and 1 year old! Was very clean when we arrived and was comfortable to stay in for our trip. Only complaints were there was only 1 trash bag and we had noisy neighbors above us. Other than that, our stay was great!

Very nice and clean condo. Comfortable for small family. Has everything you need for a long or short stay. Great view and we loved the amenities that Phoenix V offers. Great location close to grocery stores and restaurants.

It was a nice vacation but the people above us were a little disturbing at night. The tub drain needs to be fixed and the toilet squealed when you flushed but other than that we enjoyed it.

Perfect getaway!

This property was a perfect getaway for me and my husband. Its location is close to nearby attractions and getting to the beach is easy. The foyer is under construction, so it looks like a construction zone, but don’t fret - you only deal with it if you’re leaving the property. The beach is nice and wide and not greatly impacted by the tide. We had a great stay! (Oh - don’t pack a hairdryer - there is one in the unit. You can bring that extra pair of shoes in its place!)

Stay was good

Room was clean and as expected. Television did not work and hoped to watch the LSU game. Maintenance kept postponing the service visit. Stayed 4 nights, was not looked at until the last night there. All in all was a good time.

Needs A Little Improvement

Loved the view and location of the condo. The bed was very comfortable. The sofa, love seat and chair needs the upholstery cleaned thoroughly. It would be nice if the condo had a Keurig coffee maker. It had the old time Mr Coffee type coffee maker. The elevators are slow in the building. But for the fair price we paid we are overall very satisfied and would recommend it.

Great Location

This condo was clean and comfortable with a great view of the ocean and beachfront. The location was great. We loved that the indoor pool area had four separate hot tubs. The only two complaints we had were (1) The washer and dryer are old and super noisy; and (2) There was construction going on in the condo above us for the last two days we were there that was very loud and annoying.
