Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. Dining area.

Sheets and linens provided.

*Only 1 pet is allowed less than 50 lb

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are provided for showers only.



Guest Access:

The unit is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place.

*No mailbox for this location.

*Parking is free (1 parking spot available)

The property was perfect for a weekend getaway. Very clean and cozy. The only downfall is the water pressure in the shower, but other than that, it’s a great place to stay and very close to the public beach access.

I am not one to complain nor write a review, but this experience in that apartment was terrible. After a 10hr travel, I walked into dirty floors. My grandsons feet were black before we settled. Bathroom...well you are basically squatting on a toilet, shower filter with sand and hair. Both bedrooms were nice and clean as well as kitchen. Pics of living area are old. Furniture and decor was dirty, stained and broken. We checked in at 5:30p, we were not able to get internet access for the television until 12:am. During that time we came back from the beach where we were locked out of the apartment. Code worked but the door was stuck. Reached out to property owner and she diligently had maintenance over within 20 mins. Maintenance assessed the lock and had to call out to a locksmith. Once locksmith finished fixing the lock, it was 12:30am. I still did not complain. What got me upset was that the television my 3yr old grandson I attempted to watch would not change to any other channel but a youtube channel that was unfamiliar. So much for trying to entertain my grandson with a movie. I complained and asked for any reimbursement. Emily (property owner) denied any inconvenience and declined any sort of refund. Great customer service...but terrible place to stay.

Thank you for your review. I’m sorry to hear that your stay did not fully meet your expectations. I do want to clarify a few points. No concerns regarding the cleanliness of the floors, bathroom, furniture, or the television were reported during your stay. Had I been made aware of those issues, I would have gladly arranged for the cleaning team or maintenance to address them promptly. When you reported that the entry door was sticking, I treated it as a priority. Maintenance was dispatched immediately, arrived within approximately 20 minutes, and after determining that a locksmith was needed, I arranged for one to come that same evening. Although the repair was completed late at night, I wanted to ensure you could safely access the property as quickly as possible. I understand the inconvenience caused by the door issue, which is why I acted immediately to resolve it. However, I was not given the opportunity to address the other concerns because they were never brought to my attention during your stay. Thank you for your feedback. I always strive to respond quickly and resolve reported issues so my guests can enjoy their vacation.
