We chose this property to celebrate our 40th anniversary with our adult children and grandchildren. This is a modern, beautiful home tucked away in a quiet neighborhood with no traffic and no traffic noise, and lots of privacy. Beautiful landscaping in the back with butterfly attracting gardens and large trees surround the pool, hot tub, gazebo, and outdoor kitchen. All this backs up to a small wooded creek. It feels secluded and is a natural buffer to neighboring properties. One thing that isn't clear on the website is one of the bedrooms is a separate "casita" behind the house. It is very nice and self contained with kitchen, living area. bathroom and bedroom. The pool, hot tub and outdoor kitchen are first class and were the centerpiece of our stay. Tamara contacted me upon arrival and even shared her personal cell number for quicker communication. We had a couple of minor issues arise and Tamara took care of them promptly. Our stay was wonderful. A great 40th!

Came here for a girls weekend and absolutely loved our stay here. We had no complaints and that’s actually kinda rare. Very clean house and comfortable beds. We will definitely be back!

Eight adults (4 couples) enjoyed several nights at this incredible, California-vibed Vrbo. We all had our own bedrooms and bathrooms, with multiple spaces inside and out to gather, play games, enjoy the water features, pool, and spa, and it couldn’t have gone any better. All 4 cars fit easily on the driveway, and the night-lighting in the backyard makes it a great place to hang out around the pool, spa, and outdoor TV. We loved everything! Quiet, well established neighborhood and just a couple miles away from Main St., Fredericksburg. We would totally stay here again! Impeccable communication with host, and lovely amenities throughout.

Luxury retreat - great for adults and kids

This home is even more gorgeous than in the photos! If you would like to stay somewhere where every design detail has been carefully thought through so you can relax in comfort, then look no further. From the well equipped gourmet kitchen, to the cozy beds and linens and spa-like bathrooms, we felt completely spoiled. I liked that each bedroom in the main house also has a twin bed, which provided comfortable sleeping options for those of us with kids. The outdoor space is next level with a fantastic pool and spa, along with an outdoor grill and smoker. We enjoyed the beautiful garden and the tree-lined lot added another layer of seclusion and natural ambience. Town is just a short drive away. This is the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life and enjoy time with family and friends! The host was very easy to work with and provided lots of helpful suggestions for our trip. I would definitely stay here again!

It was an absolute pleasure hosting Rosemary and her wonderful family at our home. Communication was seamless and effortless. She was prompt in her responses, and extremely cooperative throughout her stay. Rosemary and her family treated our home with the utmost care, leaving it just as they found it upon their departure. Not only were they exemplary guests in terms of cleanliness and tidiness, but they also demonstrated a genuine appreciation for the amenities and features of our home! It was wonderful to have them enjoy the space and make memories with their loved ones. Rosemary and her family were respectful of our house rules and neighborhood guidelines, ensuring a harmonious environment for everyone. I would host them again!
