Great property within walking distance for shopping and dining. We had plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 kids. Only thing we couldn’t find that would’ve been helpful was a broom and dust pan for small messes and a baby gate for the stairs. Everything else provided was more than enough for our stay. Very clean and comfortable beds.

I was there for a girls trip. There was 9 of us. We had plenty of room and the house was walking distance to everything!

Great hosts and location!

Wonderful place to explore from on foot. The Boroughs were terrific hosts.They provided quick responses to questions and gave us some very helpful suggestions on where to go

Great location

Perfect location right there downtown Charleston. Plenty of space for us 9 girls that went. Property managers were very responsive. My only “complaint” would be that the bed in master bedroom was extremely uncomfortable, like a very hard firm mattress which isn’t my cup of tea but we made do! .

The house was beautifully decorated with everything we need. Beds were comfortable. The location was just ok. Not exactly walkable due to the entire neighborhood being under construction. And speaking of, the construction noise started at sun up, literally 6am and did not end until almost midnight. Every day. My issues were minimal but worth mentioning. We did try to cancel a month before our stay due to several medical issues resulting in half our party not being able to come and we simply did not need that much house but they were unwilling to refund, I even bought the trip cancelation insurance, it's a waste of money because it also did not help so don't bother with that. The host was very responsive and we didn't have any major issues. A neighbor parked in our spot at the house at one point and they took care of it right away. They provide linens, shampoos, soaps and cleaning supplies. They have a large laundry room right off the kitchen that was perfect for our little dog when we went out without her. I wish there had been more of a yard but they're kind of land locked, not anything could be done about that. All and all it was a good stay, my kids had a great time and that's what its about.
