Mana Kai 412 with direct ocean views and beach access! Mana Kai is one of Kihei's most exclusive resorts, located right on Keawakapu Beach!

This beautifully upgraded 2bd/2bath is perfect for families or couples traveling together. Enjoy gazing off at the magical Maui waters, catch a whale or two breaching during season, or enjoy a breathtaking sunset with direct ocean views from your private lanai. Dine alfresco with seating for four.

The living area is perfectly appointed with a large 55" flatscreen SMART TV. Open directly to the kitchen fully equipped with everything any home chef would need.

The Primary suite is located right off the living area with a King bed and luxurious linens. The ensuite bath offers a walk-in shower and a large vanity.

The Guest suite is very spacious with a king bed, luxurious linens, a 40" flat screen SMART TV, and an ensuite bath.

Split AC throughout keeps this beautiful condo cool and comfortable all year long.

Mana Kai 412 offers the perfect Hawaiian retreat! The resort atmosphere includes an oceanfront pool, two propane BBQs, onsite laundry facilities on each floor, free parking, a fitness center, activities center, general store, and a business center.

Please be aware that all Mana Kai units feature a primary bedroom that is an ''open concept'' and is not closed off from the living room area.

Mana Kai will continue construction and maintenance effective immediately, including essential concrete repairs near the lobby and restrooms, as well as preparations for the new Beach House at Mana Kai restaurant by Handcrafted Restaurants (Peter Merriman, known for Monkeypod Kitchen, Merriman’s, and others). While we do not have a full schedule or end date yet, work will take place on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with no activity on weekends or holidays. Guests may experience some noise and temporary restroom closures during this time. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you.

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or decor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.

Family vacation 2025

We rented two condos at the Mana Kai Maui Resort for a week long stay. The resort is right on the beach and every condo has a view of the ocean. We have been to this resort several times and have never been disappointed. We had six of us in our part from age 14-83 and the rooms were well equipped to take care of the needs of everyone.

Amazing space

Wonderful apartment had everything we could need for a wonderful stay. Beautiful views and swimming beach right out the door. The pool was nice for a non sand swim. Convenient to have a shop right downstairs and the 10pm late checkout was so worth it for our evening flight. Would come again with no hesitation, loved the modern updates to the suite.

Fantastic stay!

The accommodations were wonderful with an upscale kitchen and living space, plus a fabulous view of the ocean. We enjoyed the semi-private beach, lounging lawn, and warm water swimming pool. It was a bonus to have two restaurants and a bar on the premises as well as a convenience store. It was also an easy walk to the Wailea Beach shops and hotels. We can't wait to go back!

Great Mana Kai Condo!

My husband and I just returned from a 2-week stay in this condo (#412), and loved every minute of it! Aside from the perfect location, the condo is beautifully appointed and well-maintained. We will definitely return.

Beautiful views

Location in southern Maui was great for exploring the entire island. Views were great and the beach at the property was excellent for swimming and snorkeling. The layout is a bit different than I thought when booking. The second bedroom in on an outside hallway leading the occur keep the curtains shut throughout the stay.

Overall condo was great very clean and well stocked. We would have liked more beach towels and possibly an umbrella for the beach. The condo was wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked and the view of the beach was perfect.

I would highly recommend this condo. The location worked very well for us. It was a beautiful condo and wasn’t lacking in any items we needed. The resort area also met our needs. The beach was beautiful. It had a nice pool, a rental store for snorkeling and other water activities. There was also a general store and restaurant on site which was very convenient.

Beautiful condo with amazing views. We watched the sun set each night from the balcony, and spent a lot of time out on the beach right outside the condo.We would defiantly go back!!

Amazing

Our stay was better than expected. We would normally stay in a hotel but wanted a kitchen (and two bathrooms was a plus as well). Placed a pick up order from wal mart before we even arrived on Maui and immediately had snacks and breakfast to last our whole stay. The condo and premises and beach were beautiful, safe and family friendly.Opening the balcony doors in the morning to a breathtaking view is something you’d have to pay way more for at a hotel. I would definitely go back.

Island time

We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo is spacious and well stocked with what you need for a comfortable stay. The bed was soft which we liked and the bedding towels and linens were good quality. More hotel style than older island style. The condo staff is outstanding and they keep the grounds immaculate and there is security to keep you safe. The grassy area is very nice the pool small but refreshing and the beach is one of the best on Maui.

Beautiful property! The unit had everything we needed for the week, was clean, and had amazing views. The location on the island was perfect - close to what we needed quickly, but not in the hustle and bustle of Kihei. Short drives to Haelakala and other destinations around Maui. Beautiful beach and grassy area at the property. We even swam with sea turtles right by the property! We happened to be there during the tsunami warning - luckily we had friends in Maui that took us in during the evacuation - but we never heard from the property manager about what to do. The tsunami ended up not being a threat after all and we were able to return to the unit, but it would have been nice to hear from Coldwell Banker about the precautions in the area.

Great time at Mana Kai

We had an amazing time at the Mana Kai! Our week there was amazing and we then went to the Grand Wailea. The entire family agreed. We like the Mana Kai way more. The 808 store, the pool, the beach, nothing but praises from our family. The condo itself was perfect too. Everythng we could need, clean, super comfy beds... if youre look at this listing I'd highly recommend it. Location is prefect too!

This is Where We Will Stay Next Time

It was just as described. It is in great condition - the view, and the property we could not have been more pleased. The actual location of the property is ideal - right on the beach, with a great pool, convenient general store on first floor, and a walk or short drive to all the restaurants, stores, shops, and bars in Kihei/Wailea. Property Management was attentive and courteous.

Fantastic

We have travelled to Maui for over 10 years and stayed at the Mana Kai several times, this is one of the best, if not the best, unit in the building. Its beautifully and thoughtfully renovated and furnished. On the best beach in Maui with unbeatable views up the coast to Wailea. Great snorkeling right at the piont outside, beach combing in the tidal pools for kids. Walk to the Grand wailea and Four Seasons for lunch. Its everything you could want in a Maui vacation. We will be back.

Mana Kai

Great unit in great location. Unit was as depicted, with ocean view and right on the beach. Very comfy bed. Communication with property manager was seamless and we got into the property early. The property was clean, but there were tiny ants in the kitchen/bathroom area. They were harmless but a bit annoying. Otherwise, perfect rental.
