Aloha and Mahalo for your review. We are sorry to hear that your stay at the Sugar Beach Resort was not everything you had hoped it to be. Since your stay the property has taken many steps to improve its guest areas and landscaping; this includes new paint, railing replacement and renovation to the BBQ and pool areas. As well, and under new ownership, in June 2013 unit #535 completed a total renovation and is not the same condo you stayed in before. The unit has all new furniture including beds, new stainless steel appliances, granite counters in the kitchen and bathrooms and new cabinets, new tile flooring and a fun and fabulous decor! We invite you and your family to return and see it for yourself. Alii Resorts strives to help create your dream vacation, and we feel that Sugar Beach #535 can do just that! Mahalo
