Welcome to your luxurious mountain retreat! Perched at the top of the mountain, our home offers truly breathtaking panoramic views just six miles from Red Rocks Amphitheater and within walking distance of the famous Apex hiking and biking trail.
Inside you'll find elegant hardwood floors, chalet-style high ceilings, and a cozy wood-burning fireplace. the gourmet chef's kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, and there are two addition kitchenettes for extra convenience. With multiple large-screen TVs, a billiard table, a grand Irish bar, and a beautiful baby grand piano, there's no shortage of entertainment.
For relaxation, enjoy six patios, gar fire pits, a large hot tub, a gym, a sauna, and even a full art studio. The home spans 6,100 square feet and includes five bedrooms --four with king-sized beds and one with a twin trundle -- plus a family room with a king-sized Murphy bed. There are also six bathrooms and 150 feet of balcony space.
The layout is designed for both comfort and luxury. The first floor features a U-shaped design with French doors opening to a grand courtyard with comfortable seating and a four-foot gas fire pit -- perfect for taking in the city lights. Each wing includes full baths and spacious bedrooms, with the west wing offering the sauna and treadmill, and the east wing featuring a master bedroom, master bath and huge walk-in closet. The central living area has floor-to-ceiling windows, the gourmet kitchen, a large Irish bar, a pool table, ample dining space, and a baby grand piano.
The second floor offers additional living space, including a bedroom, a family room with a Murphy bed, a full kitchenette, a large ground level accessible entry way and accessible elevator, as well as a secluded balcony.
We've designed this home to be both a retreat and a gathering space, offering every amenity you might need. We just ask that you respect our guest limit of 8 overnight guests and no more than 12 people on the property at any time, in order to maintain the peaceful mountain environment and to adhere to Jefferson county regulations for our space.
