As soon as we became aware of the issue, we immediately began contacting plumbers and emergency service providers. Unfortunately, because the problem occurred during a holiday weekend with limited availability, it took longer than expected to secure a technician. Once a plumber was available, the issue was resolved as quickly as possible. While we understand the inconvenience, we remained in communication throughout the process and worked diligently to address the matter. We also take maintenance concerns seriously. Following your stay, our team inspected the property and addressed any items requiring attention. We continuously invest in upgrades and preventative maintenance to ensure a positive experience for future guests. Regarding storage and kitchen setup, we understand that preferences can vary, particularly for longer stays and larger groups. The home’s furnishings, amenities, and room layouts are accurately represented in the listing photos and description, allowing guests to determine whether the property is the right fit for their nee
