2011年4月に完成したこの美しいビーチハウスはペンサコーラビーチサウンドにあり、専用のプライベートビーチがあります。 湾はまた歩いてすぐです。 家の中心部に位置しているので、近くのバーやクラブで大人用のレストラン、ショッピング、夜間などに簡単に歩くことができます。
家屋は2000平方フィート未満で、ベッドルーム4室とフルバス3室を備えています。 トリプル2段ベッド付きの2段ベッドルームと1つの布団ベッドがあるオフィスもあります。 マスターベッドルームにはキングサイズのベッドがあり、隣接するバスには大きなバスタブ、ダブルシンク、独立したシャワーとトイレが付いています。 クイーンサイズベッド付きのベッドルームとツインベッド付きベッドルームが2つあります。 5つのフラットスクリーンテレビが各ベッドルームに1つと、50インチのテレビがリビングエリアにあり、DVRプレーヤーがあります。
日没を見ながら午後はコーヒーを飲みながらマスターベッドルームに隣接するデッキでリラックスしたり、午後は家族や友人と一緒にドリンクを楽しめます。 第1レベルにはデッキがあり、地面には大きなデッキがあります。 すべてのデッキは美しい夕日を望む。
両方のレベルに行き、遠隔操作によって運営されるビーチバトラーカーゴリフトがあります。 荷物や食料雑貨は素晴らしいですが、人々のためのものではありません。 私たちは二段部屋に別の冷蔵庫を追加しました。
今年の夏（2012）にボートドックとボートリフトを追加しました。本当に素晴らしい追加です！
家は寝室で8人、布団の椅子と二段ベッドで10〜12寝る。

What an excellent spot! My extended family (two siblings, spouses, and some nieces) stayed here over Thanksgiving to do my Mom's remembrance. It was perfect--plenty of space for everyone, easy place to cook, and beautiful sunsets and sunrises! The host was very kind. Thanks for a place to make special memories.

The property was amazing. They need new shower heads and there was sand on the sheets the first night, but otherwise it was wonderful.

Spacious for 8 family members and one big dog. The cargo lift is enough to make you want to return over and over. The owner was very gracious. Thank you for a great family vacation.

Wonderful Stay

We spent two weeks in the home and didn’t want leave. The location is perfect and the view from the living room and the master suite was beautiful. The weather was nice enough for several days that we slept with the door cracked to hear the sound of the water. We were that close! We loved it!

Family trip

Three generations spent four days together to celebrate the commissioning of the Navy’s newest ship. We had ample space at this VRBO to enjoy and it was close to other amenities as well. Contact with the host was simple and welcoming. We would certainly recommend this location to others.

Awesome place to stay!

We had an amazing stay. The location was great. Walking distance to bars, restaurants and shops! The view was incredible and there was a playground next door which was a bonus for the kids. Definitely made our New Years amazing. Thank you!

Excellent Time

I've stayed at this house before, so there were no surprises. We had everything we needed. Love having the dock to fish and launch kayaks from. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Covid Thanksgiving week!

The house is in a great location, has a nice sandy beach and water front, very nice dock and entertaining space under and in front of the house and a well stocked kitchen. We brought our boat and fished and crabbed everyday!

Perfect Location

We so enjoyed staying at this property for our stay-cation. The house was exactly as pictured. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. There was plenty of outdoor seating and the house has a big green egg for grilling! The dock was also a wonderful asset for anyone traveling with a boat.

Family Fun

Best stocked kitchen of all rentals we've stayed in. The dock was great for fishing and the night lights on the dock were wonderful! The beach area was great, plenty of chairs and the swing was great. We had an issue with the A/C on the second day and the owners had it fixed within hours. We will definitely consider this rental again. Away from all the noise but within walking distance to all activities.

I can't stress enough how perfect the location is for this rental; 2 blocks from the beach, a short walk to shopping and restaurants, and a short drive to the grocery store. The view from the decks and dock is beautiful. The beds were comfy and plentiful, the kitchen is well appointed, the lift for luggage is a big plus, and check in was easy. The only negative comment is that it could use a thorough cleaning; nothing major just a lot of dust.

Very Good

We loved having the private dock. The house was lovely. Everyone slept well and liked their bathrooms. A couple of minor things made our stay just a hair under perfection- the downstairs bedroom doors creaked and there were crumbs under Keurig holder and in the corner under the display plate on the counter. The decks on all 3 levels were enjoyed.

Lovely Location

The location of this house cannot be beat. You face the sound with your own private beach and dock, and are within 5-10 min. walking distance to the gulf, shopping, restaurants, the boardwalk and our daily favorite, the ice cream shop! It sits in an area with other rental homes. The bedroom configurations and location were the reason we rented here. There was plenty of room to park and the luggage lift was very handy, especially for 7 days worth of groceries! The interior of the home looks much better than the photos online. We cooked almost every day and were able to make do with the cookware available. The home is pet-friendly and we didn't smell any pet odors. Hard-surfaced floors throughout, except on the stairs. Our small 18yo dog did not appreciate the sand (or sandburrs) so we did create a grassy area for him with 4 pieces of sod we purchased. We brought an inflatable kayak to use in the sound and had a lot of fun with that. We waited to arrive to see what other water floats might be available. I would recommend bringing your own or buying once you are there. There are some sand toys and there is one small beach umbrella with a sand anchor.The kitchen sink clogged in the late evening on day 6 but we contacted the home owner and they were quick to get back with us to arrange help for the following day. Their service team was friendly and even made recommendations for places to try in the area. Thank you Barbara for an unforgettable vacation!

Location Location Location

Villa Primera has the perfect location. If being waterfront on the bayside isn't enough, the home was three blocks from the Gulf and walking distance to restaurants and stores. Our group consisted of two families with kids ranging from 1 to 14. The beach on the bayside was perfect for the littles to safely play. The water was calm, which made wading and floating perfect. The dock kept the big kids busy with fishing and jumping into deeper water. The home itself was spacious. We had no problem fitting our two families in it comfortably. The decks give a beautiful view of the bay, which led to early morning dolphin sighting. Walking to the Gulf side beach was easy, and we did that most of the days. This home had plenty of outdoor seating, and beach toys for all ages. The only negative aspect was the stairs. We did not mind them, but it might be more difficult for the elderly. A gate blocks the stairwell, which gives you a peace mind with small children. Overall, this was an absolutely wonderful home and our stay was one for the books. Thank you!

You really can’t beat this location. Worth the price. More than enough space. The boat dock is beautiful and lit up so you can see the fish and stingrays swim by.

The owner is wonderful

The property is beautiful. Location is the best. The owner is wonderful. They were even willing to make a 200-mile trip just to help us clean the sink. Whenever you call or text them, they respond right away. Love everything. Will definitely go back.
