新しい家は2002年5月に完成しました。この広々とした住宅は、メキシコ湾の美しい景色を一面に持ち、反対側のリトル・サビン・ベイとサウンドの美しい景色を眺めています。リビングフロアは高い天井の3階にあります。湾岸にはテーブルと椅子が2セットある大きなデッキがあります。ベイサイドにはガスグリル付きのバルコニーがあります。

食器洗い機、電子レンジなどを備えたフルキッチンがあり、コーリアンのカウンターとシンクがあります。家には3つのテレビがあり、リビングエリアにはVCRとDVDがあります。インターコムは誰もが夕食に電話するのを簡単にします。私たちはあなたが必要なすべてを持っています！

家の上には、事実上島全体を見ることができる4階のオープンデッキがあります。

We had the best week staying here! Perfect for our family of 10. House had everything you needed and more. House has a 4 car garage but only will fit smaller vehicles- no trucks which all my family had but vehicles were manageable parked elsewhere. Excellent walking distance to beach. Very accommodating.

Great Place to Stay

House was perfect for what we needed. We used to rent this home when our kids were young. Now we are bringing our grown children and grandkids. We enjoyed having all of the beach toys, chairs and more available. Would stay again!

This was not our first time staying at this property. We chose to return due to the location and what the property has to offer. We have communicated with the owner over the past few years that we have stayed and he has always been very quick to respond with any questions or concerns. We have always enjoyed our two week stay. Family Trip

This beach house had plenty of room for our gathering. The location was peaceful and had easy access to the beach and Casino Beach area on the trolly. The house had all you needed in the kitchen for preparing meals.

This house was everything as advertised and more. The proximity to the beach was second to none and the location was centrally located for all of our planned activities. There was plenty of room for 11 of us, age ranges from 9 months to 53. Access to the beach is literally 50 feet away and it wasn't crowded the whole week which really made the experience that much better. We set up on the beach first thing in the morning and went to and from throughout the day. We spent the mornings drinking coffee on the deck and the evenings on the top floor deck watching the sun set with our favorite beverages. The grandkids favorite activity was catching crabs on the beach in the evenings. Overall, I highly recommend this home and will be back in the future.

PERFECT!!

We have stayed at many different homes between Navarre Beach and Pensacola Beach and this is the very first place that we have zero complaints about. Maybe not complaints, but the first house we can't say, "it'd be perfect if it was just for..." This house was perfect. Had everything you needed. It was by far the cleanest house we've ever been in. Even out on the deck the window sills were clean! Beds were all super comfortable. I love the room/bathroom setup as the 2nd floor has the master & bath and two queen rooms with a shared tub/shower, but a jack and jill bathroom so each room has their own toilet/sink. (only one room has a direct door to the bathroom, the other has to go through the hall) All three showers had excellent water pressure (this is normally our biggest complaint as we all have very long thick hair). We loved the whole house speakers/radio/intercom. We will definately be coming back to stay here.

Steinbach stay

We greatly enjoyed our stay. It was very close to beach. It had all the things we needed and plenty of space! It was much appreciated. I will add that there was work being done on the house next door that could get loud, we just tried to be gone during the day. This has nothing to do with the owners and they could not control that but it was noisy.

Great Easter weekend

This was a great house for 3 couples and a teen. Very spacious and well furnished with amazing beach access. I wasn't prepared for the number of stairs but once all luggage and supplies were brought up was able to better control the number of trips. Garage and outdoor shower definitely a bonus

The house was clean and very well laid out. We had 7 people in the house and never felt crammed. The deck is right off the living room and the rooftop deck was a lot of fun. Had plenty of seating on both decks. There is a huge kitchen table for eating and games! The kitchen is very well stocked with pots, pans, tableware, cups and glasses. Having the grill right off the kitchen was very convenient! There is not a huge view of the beach, but having the house so close to the beach was awesome! The bedrooms were good-sized with plenty of bathrooms. Would definitely stay there again.

Pure bliss…

This place was perfect for us! The deck was the place my adult sons and I spent hours talking and connecting in the wee hours of the morning. The stars, the sound of the waves…it was exactly what we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and supplies; the entire place was clean. There was plenty of room for us and the closeness to the beach was the best!! We had one small insignificant issue and the owner responded quickly. (Turns out I should have changed the lightbulb 😝). We would definitely stay here again!

Cleanliness

We were surprised that the kitchen had not been cleaned properly. This was our 4th visit to this house, it has always been cleaned very well. We're wondering if it's a new cleaning crew. There was even an empty water bottle on the floor in the master bedroom. We cleaned the kitchen and had a fantastic time in this house.

We stayed here for our family beach vacation and it was wonderful! The location is fantastic and the house is perfect. Lots of room for games and large family dinners. We enjoyed and would stay again for sure! Loved it!

Family Vacation

We absolutely loved our stay in this house. It was well stocked , plenty of room, very close to the beach, the beach was not crowded at all and Richard was a great host. He is very attentive to anything that you may need and desires for it to be a wonderful experience. We also loved Pensacola …. Hoping to go again !!

My Favorite Beach House

This is our 2nd year in a row to rent this fabulous beach house. We had 8 adults and 2 kids in our party. This house had plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen is very well stocked. The kitchen has lots of extra small appliances such as a toaster, blender, air fryar, magic bullet, and two crock pots which made preparing meals super easy. The owner has extra beach chairs in the garage for patrons to use during their stay. It is only a 60 second walk from the house to the white sands of Pensacola Beach. Plus the beach is not very crowded even on a holiday week such as the 4th of July. This is my favorite beach house I have ever rented for my family. I highly recommend this property!

Wonderful

This VRBO is wonderful. Not directly on the beach, but it may be even better! Boardwalk was very close, no crossing busy streets and fighting crowds. The house was clean and well kept. Plenty of room for the 7 adults and 2 toddlers we had with us. Kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed for the week. 6 out of 7 nights we cooked dinner there. Beds were the most comfortable rental beds we ever slept in!. Thanks Robert, we had a great time and hope to be back in the future.

Anniversary Trip

Honestly, the listing on VRBO doesn't do this place justice. This place was very comfortable for my wife and I, our three kids, and each kid brought a guest, everyone over the age of 16. Check in was easy, you don’t have to do anything, the owner sends you an email with the garage codes and you’re in! Three bed rooms on one floor, master has a huge bathroom with shower big enough for two and a jacuzzi tub. The other two bedrooms on that floor share a bathroom but each bedroom has its own toilet/sink and then they share a shower. The 4th bedroom is on the floor with the kitchen, dining room, and living room and has a full bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked, enough place sitting for probably 20 people at least. Plus all the kitchen stuff you’d need for whatever you might be cooking. There’s a balcony off the dining room where you can see the gulf. Plus there’s a top deck where you can see the gulf and the bay as well. The ground floor has the garage and outdoor shower perfect from coming home from the beach and rinsing off. The beach is probably a three minute walk and where this place is located the beach wasn’t busy at all. There are some beach toys/chairs/wave boards there, we left some wave boards and noodles for the next people as well. The only negative I would mention. The outside balcony is above the master bedroom and maybe needs a rug under the chairs/tables, the noise of moving chairs from our kids after we went to bed got loud several times.

Family Beach Trip

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. We go to the beach as a family every year but this was our first time at Pensacola Beach. This was one of the best houses we stayed in. Beach access is basically at the end of the driveway. You can see the beach from the balcony. We watched amazing sunsets from the roof top deck. The view from there was spectacular. The house itself has everything you need for a great vacation. We had 4 generations of us there including an 8 month old. The house was laid out so that we were not on top of each other the whole time. The owner was very responsive. The garbage disposal wasn’t working properly and he called back immediately and showed up the next day to look at it. We enjoyed it so much we are planning on returning to the same house.

Great house, quiet location

This was a great spot away from the crowds. The beach was a short, barefoot walk away. The house had everything we needed for cooking, relaxing, and getting a restful night's sleep.
