This is Studio unit #1 in a 4 unit house called the Magnolia House. Each room is private and has its own entrance and exit like a hotel. You can rent all 4 rooms for multiple families if available. Many rent Studio unit #2 along with unit #1. This unit #1 sleeps 3 comfortably. There are 2 twin beds in the living area and one twin bed in the small room off the living area. There is also a full bathroom, and kitchen. This unit is on the left front side of the Magnolia House that sits on the majestic White River. Unit #1 does not have a river view but guests are free to cook out overlooking the river. There is also a seating place and firepit in the front next to the unit. This location is a popular location for professional anglers because of its unique location. A private creek runs into the White River making a perfect point for large Brown, Brook, and Rainbow trout. Also, this house sits between the famous White River State Park and Gastons. This property is under new ownership and boasts of a clean, well managed stay. Smart locks and security cameras are used for safety and easy no contact check in and out. A farm house designed kitchenette makes this unit perfect for serving and cooking up those delicious rainbow trout. Also, a security fence has been installed for the safety and security of children(newly installed). The new fence lines the edge of the side creek and the top part of the White River Bank. A fireplace and grill is positioned in the front of the unit and in the back overlooking the river.
