20 Minutes from Downtown Raleigh, Wendell is booming and this house is central to everything this charming town has to offer.
The first Thursday of each month visit the Wendell Market (May through Nov.). Stop in at Bearded Bee Brewing Company as you stroll the stores downtown.
For the outdoor enthusiast, trek out to Roberston Millpond Preserve or enjoy an afternoon at Wendell Park, or hit the links at Wendell Country Club, an 18-hole course that's open to the public

The house is a 1960's farmhouse. It's quaint and a little quirky. Three bedrooms (2K, 1Q) share a bathroom. The kitchen has table seating for 6. The house has a washer/dryer on the porch. *Please note that you are the dishwasher at this property.* Outside is a large fenced yard with a grill and firepit.
There is NO HOT TUB (this app was incorrectly advertising a hot tub for another guest and this amenity does not exist)
