Amazing location in Downtown Salt Lake only a few minutes from major venues like the Vivint Smart Home Arena, Salt Palace, Eccles Theater, and much more! This brand new and clean unit on the first level of the building. At almost 750 sq ft this apartment has plenty of space for anyone that stays! A king sized bed and a comfortable queen sized sofa sleeper make this a great option for parties up to four people. Enjoy the elegant modern theme, fast WiFi and all the amenities both us and the complex provide!

So many great things about this place! Location is very ideal to Delta Center, and other major attractions/venues as well as restaurants. Appreciated the garage parking. The place was very clean and exactly as shown/described. Directions to checking in were very thorough and easy to follow. We would reserve this again!

The kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped with all the necessary precautions and items needed for anything left behind! Felt very safe in parking garage and was in a perfect location of SLC, near downtown but not the hustle and bustle of it all!

This place was in a great location to see the downtown area. It’s within walking distance of shopping, museums, and restaurants. It was very comfortable, clean, updated, and we enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very responsive when there was an issue with the microwave and they took care of it within a day. They also provided many comforts like coffee and a fully stocked kitchen for their guests. The only downside was that there is only one entry fob to the building. If you have two people going in different directions on a different schedule, you have to coordinate to gain entry to the place. It made it a bit inconvenient but overall didn’t take away from our comfort in staying here. We would recommend this place!

Perfect location for us as we were staying here for conference. We also walked to temple square and city creek. Host was helpful and quick to answer any questions I had. Would definitely stay here again. Clean, well stocked kitchen and just the amount of room we needed.

It was a very clean place. We were able to walk to downtown from there, and the parking was secured in a parking garage under it. The host was easy to communicate with too.

Enjoyed our stay!

Enjoyed our two nights here. Easy to walk to Delta Center for a hockey game and appreciated the amenities in the complex. The apartment is well appointed and very comfortable. If we come back to SLC, we'll book here again.

Wonderful property

This was a perfect property for us within walking distance of everywhere we needed to go. The garage parking was great for making sure our vehicle stayed safe while unattended.
