It was a great experience, clean condo, it had fold up chairs we took to the beach, beach toys for the kids, 2 swimming pools and hot tubs.

Property has easy access to all amenities. The boardwalk beach access was perfect for back and forth during the day. The property had maintenance issues with two of the elevators while we were there, but management clearly communicated expectations, and also allowed for open parking in compensation. Bathrooms in the unit had some issues with the drains, but otherwise worked great.

Condo 112 had all the necessities we needed, as far as towels, cleaning supplies etc; however the unit was surfaced cleaned. There was trash under the beds and furniture and cabinets were sticky with spills. The dishwasher was not emptied when we arrived. The condo is an easy boardwalk to the beach, but not accessible for wagons or wheeled items.

Beach vacay

We enjoyed our stay tremendously! The only thing was that the elevator near us was down, which was a minor inconvenience.

Horrible experience! If you don’t care about cleanliness, than this is the place for you. This host should not be listed as a Premier Host. The vacation started off bad when we realized the elevators didn’t work. We had to make multiple trips up and down the stairs to carry our belongings and all the groceries we bought. The sheets, blankets and pillows had stains on them. Disgusting! The floors felt dirty, like they hadn’t been mopped or swept. I cleaned and wiped down the place with Clorox wipes. I cooked dinner on only 2 burners and the fire alarm went off. The outside of the refrigerator is rusted. There’s an unpleasant odor to the place. That was all on the first day. It ruined our trip from the very beginning. The next day we saw a cockroach in the bathroom!! When I reached out to the host with my complaints, I received a response that was dismissive and offered no apology or resolution. So that in itself is lacking any integrity in your rental and care for your renters experience. There is no partial gulf view. You have a view of new beach homes under construction.

Great stay for a family

Are staying at La Mirage was wonderful, there was plenty to do with the two poles and the private access to the beach. I felt like it was spacious well furnished, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. My family & I enjoyed our stay. However I did not give it five stars was because it did not have a working elevator, messaging the host was not the easiest to do and instructions to check into the townhouse were not suppled until I reached out. That being said I would rent from this property again.

There is no ocean view here at this 112 condo as we were toldRooms nice just really small. No cell phone servicr AT ALL.elevator was broken and they didn't tell us and had to carry all our stuff and do stairs the whole 4 days...smh got electrocuted by pourch lights.... port royal was better ....fyi

Hello, the elevator is in the process of being reconstructed. 112 is next to Cinnamon Shores South in which they are building homes that block a full ocean view. The description does not state that there is a full ocean view. There are other elevators around the property to use. We always suggest giving us a call to help pick the best-suited room for you. Vaca

The stay was perfect. We had everything needed for a quick, relaxing get away. The location, for us, was awesome. Walking distance to beach was amazing. It was not crowded and most people were friendly. The only thing that was a disappointment was the checkin process. Too late of a time to check in. We got in from Dallas at noon and had to fight to get into our room at 4. They tried to get us to wait until after 4! By rhat time it's late and practically missed a whole day at the beach. Earlier check in time would be great.
