Sands Villa 519 is a 2-Bedroom, 2-Bath Fifth Floor Oceanfront Condo. Being located on the top floor of the Sands Villa complex, you are provided with unique views that are breathtaking and stand above the rest. This condo has a nice sized dining room, fully stocked kitchen, living room with ample seating and a flat screen TV, balcony access.

(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
