[EASY PAYMENT PLAN]

➣Final payment: 35 days before arrival, collected automatically

[SECURITY DEPOSIT]
➣A security damage deposit of $300.00 will be automatically charged to the credit card on file 4 days before check-in
➣This is a hold on the credit card and will be released 2 days after checkout
➣If the credit card charge fails then the guest has 1 day to provide another form of payment before the reservation is cancelled

[RENTAL AGREEMENT]
➣A Rental Agreement will be sent for signature after booking.
➣Failure to sign the Rental Agreement will be result in cancellation of the booking

[CANCELLATION POLICY]
➣Our cancellation policy is as follows:
One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

[SLEEPING CAPACITY]

➣Located in the prestigious Alpine Mountain Village Resort
➣Literally 5 Minutes away from the Parkway in Pigeon Forge
➣Even though it is located inside a cabin resort, you'll have no interactions with neighbors, ensuring your peace and tranquility
➣Just a short 15-minute drive will take you to Dollywood, while Gatlinburg is only 25 minutes away.

[INDOOR PRIVATE HEATED POOL]
➣Dive into luxury with your very own indoor private heated pool, available year-round.
➣SAFETY is paramount, so access is controlled by a coded keypad

[COMMUNITY POOL]
➣The resort also features a community outdoor pool, free for all our guests
➣Season: May (Memorial day weekend) to September (Labor day weekend)
➣Hours: 9am - 10pm
*The pool hours are liable to change without notice. We are not responsible for any pool disruptions or closures due to unforseen events such as weather or maintenance

[POOL CLEANING SCHEDULE]
➣In order to keep the pool in great shape and to ensure your safety, the pool is cleaned twice a week: on Monday and Thursday
➣This service takes 30-40 mins to complete.
➣This ensures the pool water's quality remains consistent
➣Since the cleaning company services multiple properties, the service window is fairly broad during the day: anytime between 8am and 4pm
➣The cleaning company has their own door code to enter the property when guests are not inside
➣They will always knock and announce themselves when they show up
➣After cleaning, we recommend waiting about 30 minutes before using the pool. After that it should be ok
➣Guests do not need to be present during this time

[HOT TUB ON PRIVATE DECK]
➣Take in the crisp mountain air from the comfort of your hot tub, which accommodates up to 6 people.
➣Located on the lower-level back deck
➣To ensure your safety and comfort, the hot tub is thoroughly cleaned, drained, and refilled with fresh water after each guest's stay due to this, the hot tub may not be fully heated upon your arrival. We use bromine tablets to maintain water quality.

Main Level:

[KITCHEN AND DINING]
➣The fully loaded kitchen includes cooking utensils, dishes, pots, pans, a Keurig and Drip coffee maker, and more.
➣The dining area features a table that seats 4 with an additional 3 seats at the kitchen island.
➣A charcoal grill and grilling utensils are provided for outdoor cooking.

[LAUNDRY]
Convenience is key, with a large washer and dryer inside the cabin, along with hangers, an iron, and an ironing board.

[PATIO]
➣Relax on one of the two patio decks, one on the main level and one on the lower level.
➣They both boast plenty of seating with a partial view of the mountains.
➣The lower level deck also features the Hot Tub.

[ROAD CONDITION]
➣The main road is a slightly curvy yet fully paved
➣We recommend 4WD or AWD during severe weather such as snow

[PARKING]
➣There is ample parking space for up to 2 vehicles
➣The parking space is paved and flat
➣No trailers, ATV's or RV's allowed
➣Any additional vehicles must park down the street and cannot block access to any other cabins or roads.

[CONSUMABLE ITEMS PROVIDED]
To make your stay even more comfortable, we offer a STARTER PACK of consumable items, including:

➣If you see something then say something. If there is an amenity or feature that's not working as intended, then we would like to know about it.
If you let us know then we will attempt to fix it, even during your stay as long as we get your permission
➣This is a luxurious cabin loaded with all sorts of beautiful AND expensive features.
➣We expect each guest to treat the property with the utmost respect. This allows us to continue providing awesome accommodations to future vacationers
