Enjoy this beautiful new contemporary lake house right on Lake Erie. Plenty of room for your vacation with over 200 feet of lakefront, gorgeous views and sunsets on over 2 acres of land. Featuring a stunning architectural renovation and addition with an open floor plan with great room that features a combination kitchen and living room that opens up to a large patio with a large (8' x 8') overhead glass door and (2) sliding doors. Incredible views with lots of windows and daylight! The kitchen, living room and large outdoor patio all open up to each other to create a fantastic gathering space for families and friends. The living room features a large 70" HDTV with cable and Wi-Fi.
A wonderful space to enjoy large family gatherings complete with a grill and firepit. Additionally, there is a secondary wood deck. Enjoy yard games such as cornhole or washer toss, throw around the football or have a friendly game of soccer in the front yard. (2) kayaks are provided for your convenience.
This property is conveniently located 5 minutes to the village of Silver Creek that features a small beach and a boat/kayak launch along with various restaurants and retail for your convenience. The iconic Sunset Bay with its spectacular beaches and bars/restaurants is only an 8 minute drive away. Additionally, this property is located in close proximity to many wineries and vineyards.
There are (4) bedrooms that can sleep 9 plus an additional sleeper sofa for a maximum accommodation of 11. Additionally (2) full Bathrooms are provided along with in-house washer/dryer. The kitchen is completely stocked with all cooking appliances and kitchen wear.
This lakeside property is completely enclosed with a fence for your safety and convenience as the property is on a bank approx. 35' above the water (there is no direct water access from the property). Why be crammed into a small cottage with no room when you can enjoy over 1,450 SF of luxury living on over 2 acres of land and take just a short drive to the beaches when you want?

No loud music after 10 PM. Bonfires must be contained within the firepit. Please have reasonable use of firewood.
The overhead door must be closed whenever there is a bonfire to prevent smoke into the cottage and the smoke detectors activating.

Girls weekend getaway!

Beautiful place to sit back and watch the sunset while enjoying some drinks and laughs. We loved the open modern look of kitchen and family room. We definitely want to book here again!

Absolutely AMAZING. House was perfect. Plenty of space, beautiful view of the lake, and Bald Eagles. On the first day everyone said we have to rent this house again next year.

Beautiful Stay on Lake Erie

Outstanding!! We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful lake house — the design, layout and location makes this one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. It made for a very special weekend. The amenities are perfect. The property is immaculate sitting right on Lake Erie / the most spectacular sunsets. Thank you!!

The views from inside & out of property were breathtaking. Everything needed was readily available; more than a hotel or hotel suite; just pack clothes. Many places to eat out or hit Wegmans in Blasdell for variety on the way and little Tops 2 min away, plus Hamlet Farms. This is ideal for 2 small mature families to split costs and enjoy! We didn’t use the kayaks, but there was a launch 2 minutes away, so that’s additional value we didn’t even use. There was also a very small town beach in the kayak area, next to the Fireman’s club, that no one seems to know about so was essentially a private beach with ample parking. My daughter and I enjoyed some really great beach naps there! We enjoyed our treats at Aunt Millie’s, got our sausage at Lakeside market, and our daughter got to Connor’s with friends. We got some fishing, antiquing, and local farm and gift shop adventures accomplished! We celebrated an 83rd birthday- and the layout of the house was so great for this, including multiple night lights! This location was so great for us- we are originally from Buffalo, so were able to have friends & family drop by and enjoy the peace and tranquility of the patio sunsets while recalling Lake Erie memories. The interior was cozy, the architecture history was awesome. I love a beach front home, but lake front worked beautifully for the age of our crowd. Communication was outstanding, felt very secure with accessibility if there would have been any concerns, but there were not.

Outstanding!

The place is great for family and friends. The neighborhood was calm and peaceful. It has a huge backyard with amazing sunset view and an amazing sit-out area to enjoy it. They even have a lot of indoor and outdoor games for the guests. The interior was luxurious and elegant. The host was really friendly and polite. Me and my family loved the place and would rent it if we ever visit again. Highly recommend this place.

Eclipse Weekend

We rented this incredible lake home for the eclipse weekend April 6th through the 9th. We were a group of 7 in our family. we all loved the house! That addition area is just stunning & so well done. The bedrooms were very comfortable & the bathrooms were great. We appreciated the towel closet & bathroom amenities as well. We loved the backyard, patio & that view of the lake is just incredible. The living room was very comfortable & the kitchen was great & well stocked. The sliders & that garage door leading to the patio are amazing! We enjoyed both the outdoor & indoor games as well. It’s a great house. The owner Mark was very communicative & responded quickly to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend & would stay again in this beautifully renovated lake home.

We had such a wonderful stay at this lake house and would absolutely stay here again! The home was exceptionally clean, spacious, and perfect for our family to relax and spend time together. We especially loved the outdoor space, with plenty of comfortable seating and games that everyone enjoyed.One of our favorite things was all the thoughtful extras the hosts provided. Having spices, cooking oils, paper products, and other everyday essentials already stocked made our stay so much easier and saved us from having to buy items we only needed for a few days.The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. We accidentally blew a fuse late one evening, and they replied right away and helped us get everything working again.This home was the perfect place for our family to reconnect, laugh, and make memories we’ll always cherish. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already talking about returning. We highly recommend this lake house to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to stay.

Martha and her family/groups were great renters! Very respectful of the property. Followed all the rules and cleaned up exceptionally after themselves! Also they were very helpful. We had an electrical issue the first night and they helped trouble shoot and solve the problem saving me a trip out. It was also nice to learn how much they loved the property and enjoyed themselves there. That is what it is all about!! We would gladly host them again!!!
