Stylish Mid-century 3 bed 2 bath Home by Lake Steilacoom, JBLM, the beach and I5

Welcome to Beck and Frank’s house! Located in the Clinton Park neighborhood of Lakewood, a former suburb of Tacoma.

This is the cutest town full of little treasures between the more known places. Everything is very convenient, even with a few great little local spots to walk to!

The home features hardwood floors, soft close kitchen cabinets, newer windows and a furnace, ceiling fans in each bedroom and the living room, and patio with very large yard.

There are three bedrooms in the home. There is a king in one, a queen in another and two twin XLs in the last bedroom. There are two bathrooms with bath tubs.

Beck and Frank are legendary. They loved having company over. They were very hospitable, coming from Guam, and always made sure everyone was welcome when they needed company. Frank was in the Army and always invited the GIs who didn’t have family around to the house. This house should always be full like they kept it, so it would be a shame not to continue the tradition.
