Located near forest trails and renowned Santa Teresa beaches, this villa is an ideal choice for a memorable getaway.
Natural Reserve close to the house, located at the top of the hill, 7 min drive to the beach, main road, shops and restaurants. 4WD vehicle is necessary to get to the Villa (Car, Quad or boogie) Concierge service included to help you arrange transportation.

We enjoyed our time in this property. The view, as promised, was spectacular, and being able to swim and enjoy the view was a treat. Everything in the house was very well kept, and being able to have regular cleaning service on request was appreciated. The property manager was responsive and helpful. Note that the neighbourhood was still under development when we were there, so low level construction noise was sometimes evident when outside. It was a 30-40 min. walk to the beach down a steep & dusty road, and the roads are challenging to get into this isolated property; a 4 wheel drive vehicle with reasonable clearance is highly recommended. We would recommend this property – it is unique and in a stunning setting.
