Need 4x4 to access property up a dirt road, maybe 1 mile, not too bad. Make sure to ask about cleaning fees before you book. Advertised as no hidden fees, then asked to pay a laundry fee. The washer/drier are not accessible. Lastly, beware of flying ant after a rain during dry season. They were overwhelming and thru all windows and door (keep the lights off). Owners tried their best to address problem, it was out of their control. Problem not unique to this listing, occurred in the entire town.
