Our condo at Kontiki Beach Resort is a desirable & spacious end unit on the second floor overlooking the pool, lagoon, & the canal. Recently renovated: tiled walk in shower, new paint, new furniture, furnishings, & bedding with a Comfy Coastal them throughout. Out on the balcony you will find a Margaritaville high-top bistro set... Have your coffee while watching the birds & fish in the canal & maybe you will be lucky enough to see the neighborhood dolphin.
Elevator to 2nd floor if needed. Hotel carts available.
Full kitchen - stainless steel appliances & dishwasher, pots & pans & everything you need for cooking & serving. Wine glasses, copper mugs & bar tending set, coffee mugs will make your stay enjoyable.
Bedroom overlooks canal - King sized bed & Smart Tv w/ DIrectTV. Comfy beach decor. Lots of Closet space. Tiled throughout.
Living room - newly furnished, Direct Tv, Comfy pillows & soft blanket.
High top table overlooks the pool & lagoon in the distance.
Kontiki grounds have a covered picnic area, charcoal grill, & pool down below for your enjoyment.
Guests can fish on 2 piers (one is approx. 800 ft long & has a view of Rockport across Aransas Bay) (the other pier connects the 2 complexes & is a great little fishing spot).
You can also fish or walk along the bulkhead directly below our condo unit. We have several little piers for fishing or tying your boat/kayak to. Large/wide canal seconds from the channel that connects to Aransas Bay. To top it off we have plenty of boat parking & a private boat ramp... feel free to leave boat in water; tied off at finger piers....viewing distance from our condo.
No washer/dryer in unit. Complex has laundry facilities on 1st floor hallway across from elevator.
